We have 5 Video Wedding packages that we offer to our clients. Each package is able to be tailored to meet your needs for your day.
All packages are professional edited in chapters of your day, with music and photos of your choice. DVD covers & personalised Discs are printed with photos from your day (requested from your photographer).
When you are a client of Belinda Jane Video Productions, one of our extra features includes the first chapter of your DVD being uploaded on to our website for you to share with your family and friends. This normally costs $100 elsewhere.
SPECIAL - If you pay for your whole Video Package in advance, or at least 2 weeks before the wedding, you will receive an extra 3 copies of your completed DVD's for FREE - Valued at $75.
BASIC PACKAGE - $500
3 hours of video coverage. Perfect for the wedding & reception at the same location. Coverage includes arrival of guests, full ceremony, Bridal & Family photo session & start of reception if time permits. 1 copy supplied with personalized covers & printed DVD.
$200 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST exclusive.
ECONOMY PACKAGE - $740
5 hours of video coverage. Another package Perfect for wedding & reception at the same location (or minimal travel time). Coverage includes, arrival of guests, full ceremony, Bridal & Family photo session, reception until end of speeches & bridal waltz if time permits. 3 copies supplied on DVD with personalized covers & printed DVD.
$250 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST exclusive.
HIGHLIGHTS PACKAGE - $1040
In addition to the Economy Package, this package offers a short highlights DVD, which is an approximately 5 minute overview of your entire day, set to the song of your choice. A very entertaining version of your day to show your family & friends, which you will watch over and over again to enjoy your day. 3 copies of Highlights & Full Version supplied in a double DVD.
$350 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST exclusive.
PREMIUM PACKAGE - $1400
7 Hours of video coverage. Coverage includes, Bridal house preparation, arrival of guests, full ceremony, bridal & family photos session at all locations, reception until end of Speeches & Bridal Waltz or part of reception, or until time runs out. 3 copies of Highlights & Full Version supplied on DVD.
$500 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST exclusive.
ULTIMATE PACKAGE - $1640
10 Hours of video coverage. Coverage includes, Groom getting ready, Bridal house preparation, arrival of guests, full ceremony, bridal & family photos session at all locations, reception until end of Speeches & Bridal Waltz or part of reception, or until time runs out. 5 copies of Highlights & Full Version supplied on Double DVD.
$600 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST exclusive.
Editing of your video includes opening titles, fading & computer special effects...
Þ We use professional equipment 3CCD Digital video cameras & HD cameras.
Þ Lapel microphones placed on the groom to wear during ceremony.
Þ Will travel to country areas, additional cost apply.
Þ Packages can be changed to suit your needs.
Optional Extras
Any options can be added to your package of your choice...
- Extra Copies of DVD's - $25 each (complete set)
- Highlights Only Copies - $15 each
- Extra Hours - $120 per hour
- 2nd Camera - $120 per hour, min 2 hours
- DVD Slideshow of Wedding Photo's - $150
- Original DV tapes - $50
- Raw footage on DVD - $50
- Wedding Rehearsal Attendance Fee - $120 per hour
Raw Footage can be supplied within 2 weeks of your wedding day if your account is paid in full.
Payment terms are one third deposit or $200 whichever is greater to secure your booking date. Next installment must be paid withing two weeks of your wedding date. Final payment can be made after the wedding date, however no footage will be released until your account is paid in full. Payment plans are also availabe upon request.

Travelling Costs
The following areas incur an additional travelling cost which will be added on top of your chosen package:
$50 – Gisborne, New Gisborne
$100 – Geelong, Sorrento, Portsea, Red Hill, Flinders, Yarra Valley, Yering Station
$150 – Torquay, Ballarat, Daylesford, Lancefield
$200 – Bendigo, Phillip Island
$250 – Shepparton
$350 – Lakes Entrance
