We have 9 different Video Wedding packages that we offer to our clients. Each package is able to be tailored to meet your needs for your day.

5 of our packages are professionally edited into chapters of your day, with music and photos of your choice. DVD covers & personalised Discs are printed with photos from your day (requested from your photographer).

The other 4 packages are our new Raw Footage Packages which consists of your whole wedding day, unedited. This footage can be made into a DVD for you to watch or the files can be put onto a brand new hard drive which you can choose to edit yourself at a later stage (brand new hard drives are purchased at $100 excl. GST).

If you wish to have your footage edited by Belinda Jane Video Productions, all tapes and files are securely stored for 12 months. Extra charges do apply for editing.

Raw Footage Packages are $200 per hour.

3 HOUR BASIC PACKAGE - $1000

3 hours of video coverage. Perfect for the wedding & reception at the same location. Coverage includes arrival of guests, full ceremony, Bridal & Family photo session & start of reception if time permits. Fully edited to music of your choice including a 5 minute highlight chapter of the day. 1 copy supplied with personalized covers & printed DVD.

$350 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST inclusive.

RAW FOOTAGE 3 HOUR PACKAGE - $600

5 HOUR ECONOMY PACKAGE - $1500

5 hours of video coverage. Another package perfect for wedding & reception at the same location (or minimal travel time). Coverage includes, arrival of guests, full ceremony, Bridal & Family photo session, reception until end of speeches & bridal waltz if time permits. Fully edited to music of your choice including a 5 minute highlight chapter of the day. 3 copies supplied on DVD with personalized covers & printed DVD.

$500 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST inclusive.

RAW FOOTAGE 5 HOUR PACKAGE - $1000

7 HOUR PREMIUM PACKAGE - $2000

7 Hours of video coverage. Coverage includes, Bridal house preparation, arrival of guests, full ceremony, bridal & family photos session at all locations, reception until end of Speeches & Bridal Waltz or part of reception, or until time runs out. Fully edited to music of your choice including a 5 minute highlight chapter of the day. 3 copies supplied on DVD.

$750 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST inclusive.

OR

RAW FOOTAGE 7 HOUR PACKAGE - $1400

10 HOUR ULTIMATE PACKAGE - $2750

10 Hours of video coverage. Coverage includes, Groom getting ready, Bridal house preparation, arrival of guests, full ceremony, bridal & family photos session at all locations, reception until end of Speeches & Bridal Waltz or part of reception, or until time runs out. 5 copies supplied of Highlights & Full Version supplied on Double DVD.

$1000 deposit required to secure your date. Prices are GST inclusive.

OR

RAW FOOTAGE 10 HOUR PACKAGE - $2000

Raw Footage is supplied within 2 weeks of your wedding day when your account is paid in full.

Editing of your video includes opening titles, fading & computer special effects...

• We use professional HD Digital video cameras.
• 2 cameras are supplied on the day.
• Lapel microphones are placed on the Groom & Celebrant to wear during ceremony & used again during the Reception.
• Will travel to country areas, additional cost apply.
• Packages can be changed to suit your needs.

When you are a client of Belinda Jane Video Productions, one of our extra features includes the first chapter of your DVD being uploaded on to our website for you to share with your family and friends. This normally costs $150 elsewhere.

Extra Copies of DVD's - $40 each (complete set)

Highlights Only Copies - $20 each

Extra Hours for edited wedding video packages - $250 per hour

DVD Slideshow of childhood photos, etc - $200

Raw footage on DVD - $100

Wedding Rehearsal Attendance Fee - $200 per hour

SPECIAL - If you pay for your whole Video Package in advance, or at least 2 weeks before the wedding, you will receive an extra 3 copies of your completed DVD's for FREE - Valued at $120.

Payment terms are one third deposit to secure your booking date. Next payment must be paid within two weeks of your wedding date.

Payment plans are also available upon request.

Travelling Costs

The following areas incur an additional travelling cost which will be added on top of your chosen package:

$100 – Geelong, Sorrento, Portsea, Red Hill, Flinders, Yarra Valley, Yering Station, Gisborne, New Gisborne, Monbulk, Coldstream

$150 – Torquay, Ballarat, Daylesford, Lancefield

$200 – Bendigo, Phillip Island

$250 – Shepparton

$350 – Lakes Entrance
