Dear Di and all the Family,
My apologies for being unable to attend Bren’s Memorial Service. Luckily Chris and the boys could be there and it was lovely to watch the live stream of the service today. Rest in Peace Bren. Love, Mark.
Dear Di ,apologies for not being able to attend. it was indeed a beautiful ceremony and Brendan’s essence really did come through . Thinking of you all,
Much love from Sue, Rebekah and family.
So sorry I couldn’t be there in person yesterday but so glad to be able to watch Brendan’s life celebration on line afterwards. A wonderful, very moving service -full of beautiful words and fitting tributes. I am grateful to Brendan for the help and support he gave me during my time working at Mirrool. I will always remember his kindness and generosity, his patience and good humour. Thank you Brendan. Love to Di and family.
Dear Di and all the McGreals. Thank you for inviting myself and Jen to celebrate all things Brendan. I loved him dearly and will never forget him or any of our adventures in Griffith.
Even though we couldn’t be there with you all, you know we were there in spirit.
Love and big hugs to you all,
Barry and Jen.
A beautiful celebration of a most inspirational life so glad I could be there. The message is always the same. Everyone remembers where they were when they first met Brendan because of how he makes them feel. For me it was The Briars where I was having lunch with my mother and Di and Brendan were also there. My mother, Pat loved listening to Brendan hosting on 3mp. The world is a better place for Brendan having been in it. Blessings to Di and Family.
We are so pleased to have been able to join with you all today to celebrate Brendan’s life .The service was beautiful & it was so lovely to listen to the wonderful stories . We have many fond memories of Brendan from his trips over . Loved his sense of humour & always a true gent . Thinking & praying for you all . Bernie & Mike Castlebar Mayo EIRE
A wonderful and thoroughly appropriate tribute to Brendan and his achievements. A plethora of great speakers and well-chosen music. The decision to use more recent photos for the first montage and historical ones for the second was very inspired. My time with Brendan (at Magic in its latter days) was brief but memorable and always a laugh. Thinking of you all.
Dear Di,
Thankyou for allowing me to share today, with you, the celebration of Brendan’s life. As you know, in the short times I did meet Brendan he always made a special impact on me of which I loved to share this with you.
Your little gifts that you would give me are still all very special to me including Brendan’s Lion’s Spearmints after his passing.
Love,
Bev Chalmers
