I knew Craig as “Cmac” as we met playing an online game. He was a nice man and we could both speak freely about life and the issues we faced.
RIP my friend love from “PencilNeck”

  7. Craig’s words, stories, and humor have touched so many more people than is realized. Craig aka CMAC has a virtual “Band of Brothers and Sisters” that are heartbroken by his passing, and will never forget all that he has meant to us. Our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.

  9. A moving service that so beautifully captured the Craig we knew from The Retreat days in the 90s – hard working but with a great sense of playfulness, curious, respectful and interested in people from all walks, his passion for music, and as often mentioned – a great flash of a smile and unforgettable chuckle.
Our deepest sympathies to the Mackenzie family and Craig’s friends. Rest easy Craig.
    With love, Mark and Michelle

As a younger cousin, I always though you were so cool Craig (especially when you moved to Melbourne), way cooler than I could ever be!

Even though we may not have seen each other for many years, I always got updates through the “mum chats”.

    Until we all meet again,

    Annabel & family xxx

Craig was always friendly, soft and easy to get along with, with a huge smile and willingness to catch up for a quick chat.
Will certainly miss the chats about the footy and the excitement when the Hawks got on top.
    Rest easy mate.

  25. Sitting here in the quiet of the night in London with Kathryn and seeing the beautiful setting and the snippets of Alex’s cool speech that did somehow make it through the live stream (we can imagine learning to run fast being an essential skill as Craig’s younger brother) was lovely. We will miss him very much. Love to you all. Hugh

  29. My condolences to Emma, Ginger, Elsie, his parents Bruce and Jill and his siblings Alex and Kirsten. I am so sorry for your loss. There were some issues with the livestream but I will watch it later today. I worked with Craig at Melbourne Water and was struck by his intelligence. He was a very smart guy. He was always lovely to chat too, was great at the lunch time quiz and often gave me great cooking tips.
    Much love,
    Mary Claire
