  1. Rosemary and Derek Snibson say:
Dot was a dear friend to us when Derek was Vicar at All Saints. We loved her faithfulness to God and to people, her generosity, her kindness, her humble service. I never heard a hard word from her about anyone. She also had a great sense of humour and lovely smile.
She would sit in the front row at All Saints with me (Rosemary) until it was too hard for her to drive to church. Dot loved her family and talked about all of you a lot. We are thinking and praying for you all in your time of grief and ask that the Father she knew so well will comfort you in your loss.

  2. Great to be able to watch the service but miss being there with you all. It was a lovely service and everyone did so well in difficult circumstances. As a little boy I still have vivid memories of Dorothy & Max’s wedding with my sisters as bridesmaids. A generation of family links is passing but many happy memories remain. Our love to you all. 3. Sending all of my love, prayers and sympathies to the family as you grieve Dot’s passing. I am privileged to have been friends with Dot since 1983 when I first went to All Saints, Anglican Church in Clayton as a seventeen year-old. As I grew up at All Saints I was so fortunate to have such a strong, Christian role model as Dot to befriend me and encourage me. Later in time my mum also joined the church and she and Dot became firm friends too and were in bible study and women’s groups together. I have many happy memories of them sitting together and laughing and being the happy snapper that I am I have many photos in my album that include Dot’s beautiful smiling face. I was lucky enough to spend Summer holidays with mum and church friends at the Indented Heads house and am very grateful for Dot’s generosity in giving us these opportunities to get away together. I can’t have a cuppa at church without thinking of her generously providing biscuits and milk for us. I can see her cleaning out the Communion Chalice and almost taste one of her yummy cakes I used to buy at the Fete. I love and respect Dot so much and will miss her greatly. Thank you for sharing her with us. God bless you and send much comfort to you. Love and hugs, Chrissy McMaster xoxo
