I’m sorry I couldn’t be there, it was a beautiful service and I’ve been a ball of emotional mess watching it from home but so grateful that I could be a part of it and witness Melissa’s amazing life. Thank you for reading my tribute, it was beautifully read. Everyone who spoke were incredible and I was in awe of all of your strength and courage, Maddie and Seb wow, Melissa’s courage clearly runs in the family! My deepest condolences to you all.   11. Thank you for allowing me to share in this occasion with you all, celebrating the incredible life of Melissa. She has been such a strength and support to me when I was starting chemo and I will never forget the private messages she sent to calm me down.   20. Dear Baker family. THANKYOU so much for offering a live stream. I was unable to attend today in person. I have so many great memories of Mel (FunBags) Baker. Having lost a sibling at the same age to cancer only 9 months ago, today was especially hard. 2 great people – too soon.

  24. What an amazing person, Melissa Baker. I am missing your messages already . Thanks you so much to the Baker family for the live stream of the service, as I was unable to attend. She certainly had an extraordinary life to celebrate. I am one of the many people she helped to gain access to permbro. and gaining access to her best haematologist in the world ( doctor dreamy). I am from Adelaide and my hospital didn’t have much left to offer. I will never forget you Melissa, you were a treasure and a shining light in my life.

I’m certain Melissa would be super super proud of her children, omg how amazing they were.
