    My thoughts and prayers are with you as you farewell your Mother, grandmother, great grandmother,
    friend and mentor. Eileen was truly a remarkable, faith-filled, generous, dedicated and caring person.
    She developed her many skills and talents for the good of humanity and shared these with others.
    Eileen faced adversity with faith and determination and always had a positive outlook on life.
    Eileen’s home was hospitable and welcoming and is was easy to feel at home.
    Eileen as you enjoy eternal peace and happiness you memory will live on in gratitude and love.

    What a privilege it was to hear about such a remarkable life – your mother was clearly a champion of her era and her life spanned many significant challenges but also countless joys.

    It was a beautiful service including such lovely visual memories and that magical message from your mum at the end “Looking forward to tomorrow”, as I am sure she was.

  12. After attending the live streaming of the Eucharistic celebration in memory of Eileen we, the Salesian Sisters, continue to pay tribute to a remarkable woman. For us she was not only a tremendous benefactor, but friend, colleague and mentor in the education of young people! Every day we pray for our benefactors…..and she is at the top of our list and will never be forgotten!
