The Service

After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Thank you for sharing the Service – it was a beautiful ‘send off’ and a great celebration of Liz’s life.
I sat with a candle burning with Placido Domingo singing Sacred Songs during the actual service time, sending prayers of Light and Love.
And then I was able to join in the service at 1.25pm when the Live Streaming became available.
Goodbye dear Liz, I will remember your big heartedness, your kindness and your great big smile.
    Love and Blessings always

    1. Thanks so much for this lovely message Yvonne. We are all so broken without our amazing Mum. It is so nice to come on here and see beautiful messages like this though. Thanks again xx

  2. It was amazing to be able to watch the service live. It was 7:15 pm when it came on here in Canada and I felt so privileged to be able to attend this way.
    Beautiful service.
    Farewell my friend.

  3. Dearest Cousins, Mum and Aunties, Uncle

Sorry to not have been there with you all today to celebrate and say goodbye to dearest loving Liz. I have wonderful memories from our childhood and later in life we travels in Europe and USA.
Even know I’m far away most of my adult life, I love you all dearly.
    Goodbye dear Aunty Liz
    Love always your Nephew

    1. Thanks so much for this beautiful message David. We are still in complete shock that Mum isn’t here, absolutely broken hearted. It helps reading beautiful messages like yours though. Lots of love xx

  4. Freeman-Hume family – thank you so much for sharing Liz with us. Liz was an amazing woman, wife, mother, sister, friend.
We will so miss her chatty emails that kept Ross and me up to date on the life of her family. We really feel we know you all.
Her funeral Mass couldn’t have been more beautiful. The opening hymn “Here I am Lord” describes Liz perfectly. She was always there for everyone.
We look forward to seeing you all when we visit Robyn and Jamin in March.
    With much love
    Ross and Roberta Nepean

    1. Hi Roberta, thank you for this lovely message. Mum was also extremely fond of you and your family. We are struggling to come to terms with what has happened, it is really comforting to read all these thoughtful messages though. Thanks again xx

  5. Liz, you were remarkable person and I feel lucky to have known you. Through your messages on Facebook I followed your long journey of illness – which you bore so bravely and with such good grace. Your Hymns here give a good picture of the life you lived. I know God has greeted you with joy.
