  1. My sincerest heartfelt condolences to family and friends. I’m so sorry to hear that my cousin Liz passes away on October 3rd. I met her during my first visit to Australia in early 70th and our latest holidays in 2014. My thoughts go out to all family.
Cecile Ruijs, daughter of Wil Witsenboer, aunt of Liz’s mother.

  2. Our condolences on the passing of Liz (my cousin), so sorry for
your loss. We saw part of the ceremony on the internet, at least we saw Tom speaking and we enjoyed the eulogy.
I had the honor to meet Liz when she visited my parents in the Netherlands (oom Koos en tante Rie).
And I met her when I was in Australia with my sister Susan. We had a wonderful family reunion in
Burke Street Park.(organized bij Gus Koedijk)
We wish the family a lot of strength.

  3. Such a beautiful service, and wonderful to hear the stories from Aunty Liz’s childhood, her courtship with Uncle Pat and see photos from many good times with her family. I hold fond memories of holidays at Black Court and your visits to Toc of course. Sending love and best wishes to you Carolyn, Peter and Julie-Anne at this sad time.

  4. May you aunty Liz rest in peace.
Always in our hearts, loved and cherished. My condolences to all the family.

  5. Moving service for Aunty Liz who I haven’t seen in a while nevertheless I have fond memories of visiting the CARR family when Grease came out and I remember Liz making curtains for my burnt orange Ford Panel Van when I got my licence. Tom, Jack and Nicole did so well and my apologies for not attending in person however I had a tradie booked to rip our kitchen out and had to help him. Thoughts with the all the CARR family and especially Carolyn as Carer much along the lines of my sisters Nicole and Susanne who do a wonderful job caring for my Mum, Rita.

  6. Well done Carolyn, Julie-Anne & Peter. You did your Mum proud.
Now let Pat look after her from here xx
    Love Tony & Ann
