Glad to be able to view service after missing it on the day.
Felix you will be missed and I greatly appreciate all the humour, kindness and creativity you brought to my days. I loved seeing and hearing about your life as a youngster.
You’re a gem and will always have a place in my heart.
Dance on!
Condolences to your family.
Truly Teri ( staff member at OC)
Thanks for your lovely words to Felix. I am so grateful for all the expressions of affection and regard from the many staff who have worked with my dear brother over the years.
Best wishes, Dinah
To the Cragg family,
I am a third cousin to Felix and Dinah, living in Canada. By chance, I found this site when I was researching my Muir-Simpson relatives. I watched the video and found it very moving. Felix was well named, with his wonderful smile. I was very interested to learn more about him and his family. The photographs suggest he lived a very full life and that family connections were strong. I would like to send my sincerest condolences on your loss.

Thank you so much for making contact, and for your kind words about Felix. How amazing that you should find us in that way! Looks like we both have great great grandparents John Sieber and Mary Bold – is that correct? I am a novice at family history, but maybe lockdown is the opportunity to explore further.
Best wishes, Dinah
Yes, that is the connection. I wonder if you were named for Mary Bold’s sister Dinah. I have done quite a bit of research on Mary Bold and I am now trying to trace her many descendents. I would be happy to share my findings. We could continue this correspondence by e-mail: philippacampsie(at)gmail.com
Warmest wishes, Philippa
On behalf of Kenneth Anderson, Rob Newnham, Neil Dunn, David Lamont and Carol Laing from 23 atkinson street, ” Felix, we have loved both you and your family very much these past days. Not only as we mourn your departure from us, but also, as we celebrate your life. You were a good friend to the residents of this house and to all housemates a joy to be around. You have been in the hearts of everyone, who remember you for the good friend you were. You will be missed”
May you rest in peace.
My sincere condolences to the family. Felix was an absolute pleasure to have known over my time with OC Connections. What a delightful character and a true gentleman. Felix will be greatly missed.
Felix had special relationships with so many of his carers, and responded to different facets of their personalities. I saw how your own particular combination of caring and craziness could brighten his mood! I’m blown away by the affection that my dear brother could inspire, even in people who only knew him in latter years.
You guys give so much – I hope you are taking good care of yourself too
Best wishes, Dinah

“Oh there you are” he’d always say that to me and I would say “You’re my most handsome Felix and favourite Felix in the whole world”.
Felix you have no idea that you were the medicine that I needed. You touched my heart and made my world feel like a better place.
I got so much back from you and I will always be grateful that you came into my life.
May you R.I.P with Mum, Dad and John.
