  1. Margaret Bagshaw, Charlie and I are 2nd cousins, our Grandfather’s were brothers. Mine John, Charlie’s James, known as Jack and Jim McCorkelle. We had great times in the 50’s at Mt Macedon and Macedon in summer holidays.
Much later Charlie was able to contact me and we shared lots of laughs about old days and gardening, I still live at Mt Macedon.

My memories of Charlie go back to the early 1950’s, our Grandfathers were brothers James (Jim) and (Jack) McCorkelle and great fun was had at Mt Macedon and Macedon. Many years later Charlie was able to contact me and we enjoyed lots of laughs about our early times. I still live at Mt Macedon.
    Also sharing lots about gardening.

  3. R.I.P. Charlie
I met you once but felt like I knew you forever through your beloved daughter Karen,
    A beautiful service

  4. Thanks Charlie, for the welcome you offered, for the friendship you gave and for the knowledge you shared so generously. I will always remember you singing at your table or mine, with a coffee, at least one dog at your feet, and your home-baked bread or store-bought specials, as we shared stories of the malle we both knew, the woodwork we both loved, and the garden, that prospered under your knowledgeable instructions. Alaeay remembered with fondness.
