  2. Dear Lindsay. You were a great friend of Sunway. I remembered you as a very kind person who was passionate about education and students. It was my privilege to have had the opportunity to know you and call you a friend. We will miss you dearly. May you Rest in Peace.

  3. We really regret not being able to attend but we were able to watch the very moving memorial service for Lindsay up here in Queensland.
Our heartfelt thoughts are with you Caro and girls in losing Lindsay, such a wonderful husband, father and great friend to many.

  4. I was one of the lucky kids at Boronia High who spent my 5 years there in the same class as Lindsay, who was always to the forefront in the class for his knowledge, compassion and sportsmanship. Go Rawson. The class photo that was shown today of the year1E was a great reminder of those wonderful High School days Marian Spicer

  5. Mer here folks . I knew as soon as soon as things kicked off with Van Morrison, that this would be THE BEST service ever – what a stunning and beautiful testimony to Lindsay – – a celebration indeed, despite the pain of your loss.. There was no needle stuck in the middle of the curve on the couch I shared with I with Lydia ( who just happens to be visiting for 3 days) – I was alternatively cracking up and weeping. but bathed in the warm glow of the love emanating in that room loud and clear across the water to our San Francisco living room. And what a triumph of organization and “project management” under extraordinarily painful circumstances to be so inclusive of each phase and dimension of Lindsay’s life and capturing all the different facets of his personality, his gifts, and his interests – different pearls but all strung on the same necklace of non conditional love and generosity. And just to reassure you – the streaming quality was perfect — we had it on a big screen via an HDMI cable. And Caroline – just to confirm that both the Lintermans bros can be equally unpc at the same time – Louie was right – – I have the photo albums on the coffee table in front of me !. Thank you so much for enabling the streaming – – I was so grateful to be present form afar. God bless you all, Mer

  6. Lindsay was a wonderful colleague at FIT and VU and his overwhelming cheerfulness all the time was contagious.
He was also a strong advocate for staff welfare and tireless in his pursuit of educational objectives and standards, with courses at both VU and Sunway.
We are so sorry to learn of his tragic loss that you are all enduring. Our thoughts and condolences are with you all.

  7. Such an enormous loss. My heartfelt condolences to all that will miss Lindsay but especially to his immediate family. I did not know Lindsay well and I am so very grateful to have been able to join online and see the amazing life he had and the joy he brought. It makes the loss all the more difficult. Carol, Lucia, Anna and Katy, I can see that you are all amazing people and still a wonderful loving family and that is Lindsay’s enduring legacy. Love to you all.

  11. Susie Leigh, Bonnie and Gemma Leigh-Dodds, and Peter Dodds join the Memorial Service livestream from home with all our love, especially heartfelt love to Caro and girls Lucia, Anna and Katy.

Lindsay has drawn focus to some great contemplation and reflection, as well as celebration of his life and loves.

We will always fondly remember the many times our paths have crossed for well over 40 years.

    Thanks Smyrky.
