After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.
I have only just felt able to watch this funeral service after nearly two weeks home after my overwhelming, amazing trip to the land of my father, South Africa.
It is so evident that dear Margie wove the most huge and loving tapestry of life shared with so many people! My own small part in that weft and weave has been coming vividly to my mind ever since I received news of her death. I having been smiling at the audacity of two young Shelford girls deciding to take the day off from school to go to the pictures! Seeing Adahlen 31 is indelibly etched as a black and white film of depression years in a Scandinavian mining village. A mining accident sees the wife putting socks on the feet of her husband after death! Today watching that service I feel like warm socks were put not only on Maggie’s feet but as a comforting warmth for us all!!
I have many lovely memories of our school days and latterly in our reflective older years as we viewed the world and our families as beautiful, sometimes flawed and challenging and endlessly fascinating magical expressions of love alive. I cherish our times together and the love we share. Truly Maggie’s life epitomizes the mystery of how love can expand to encompass so many without altering how complete it is for each person!! Thank you dear Margie, love always Lorelle
Thank you to Jamie and family for sharing the beautiful Margaret’s wonderful, desperately sad funeral which we have just watched in Kigali. My new wife Beatrice only met her in Melbourne a year ago. She was so warmly and generously welcomed by Marg and Jamie. It’s not surprising yet it meant a lot to us both. I’ve known Margaret all my adult life, what a privilege for me. She touched my soul, as she did many others and I loved her dearly. Saying goodbye to such a treasure is desperately sad. Love Beatrice and Mike
Farewell our beautiful dearest Margie, and our warmest love to Jamie, Honor, Ellie and families.
Such a magnificent and moving farewell… with every moment sacred.
Fly free sweet Margie, your spirit was always free, and your heart will dwell forever
in each of us who were so privileged to love you.

We have just watched Margies’s Funeral from half the World away, and listened to the wonderful tributes to our beautiful Cousin.
We will never forget your laughter and joy of life. May you rest in peace and enjoy being with Family and Friends who have passed before.
We shall see you again and enjoy your laughter and fun.
with our love from your Cousin Nigel, and Linda Moss xxx
Thankyou to Margie’s family for sharing your love and memories so generously. Margie’s gift for living shines throughout, and I sense that gift will live on in everyone whose lives she touched.
I am in Singapore and I am grateful that I was able to watch the video of the beautiful service. May Margie rest in peace and find eternal happiness in Heaven. I pray that the Lord will comfort and strengthen Jamie and family and help them in their loss.
– thank you so much dear Bradbeer family for allowing us to share via the video this acknowledgement of Margie’s life in such a memorably evocative way. The thoughts expressed by you all were beautifully crafted and Margie would be so proud and happy with your courage in achieving this while in a time of great grief.
For those of us living overseas and who only saw Margie once a year or so, it has been very hard to imagine that she is gone and will not be there to greet us on our next trip to Melbourne. The loss will really hit us when this happens….. she has been the best of friends for 48 years.
Thinking especially of dear Jamie in his time of such undeserved loss.

Thank you Margie for all your kindness when I worked at Caritas Christi, the fun times, and for the treasured book of Leunig cartoons you gave me.
A beautiful tribute to a beautiful life.
