  1. Matt – re-done for spelling error – too many tears clouding my sight 🙁

Our sincere condolences to Rae, Jason and Family.

We had the pleasure of knowing Matt for 23 years. That was 23 years of friendship, laughter and even more laughter. My wife had two Pretty Women songs sung to her by Matt (her 30th & 40th).

Mate I will miss you forever and can’t wait to have a drink with you and Bob at the great bar in the sky. ‘Til we meet again – I wuv you mate x

  2. Condolences to Rae, Jason and family.
Matty O was truly one of the best. I’ll sorely miss that giant smile and infectious laugh xx

  3. My Sincere Condolences to Rae and Jason,
Rest assured your son and brother Matt ‘obe’ will live on for many many years in lots of peoples memories he will never be forgotten, he was a gentleman in lots of different ways. The problem is where do you start and where do you end Matt had so many great attributes. He will be sadly missed. I am very great full that i could be part of his funeral via this video link as i could not make it on the day. Thankyou for providing that.

Thanks for being part of my life Matt.
    You will never be forgotten.

  5. Hi Mattie.
I was able to see you head out on your last fire call today. You certainly took a great crew with you.
Thanks for your friendship over the past few years.
    Vale, big fella.

Thanks to those who made it possible for me in Canberra to be a remote part of the farewell.
