After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.
I came quite late unto this stream, only just now.
Thanks for this!
Thank you also for including a few pictures of Trishy and me.
And thank you for giving me a view of your lives through the pictures of dear Aunty T.
I’ve missed a lot, living on the other side of the world.
I’m quite moved by the sorrow of my cuz Claire and of Ian.
I wish you all strength.
Lots of love,
Albert Luth, The Netherlands
Thank you for sharing this beautiful memorial service with us. Aunty Trish was a lot of fun and great company. I recall how she once replied to a parking attendant after he told her the amount of money she owed: “Can we do the washing up?”
Trish made a point of buying me handsome leather winter shoes and, years later, a set of pans, to in some way compensate for her father’s inheritance we missed out on.
Trish and Claire and Iain visited us many a time in the Netherlands, first at my parents’s home, and later in Delft, where I studied. It was always great to see them and catch up.
I also have very fond memories of staying at Trish and Claire’s place in 1991 for a week with my mother (Marie) when visiting Australia.
Love and strength to you all.

Fond memories of Trish of her time at Macedon. I have often thought of her since she moved. I got to know her from coming into the Macedon Post Office. My kids used to water her garden when she went on holidays. Always special attention to her lemon tree! Condolences to her daughter, Ian and family.
It is with sadness the passing of Trish. Unfortunately the transmission of the service was continually interrupted by some problem so we were unable to see it all. Never the less our best wishes to Ian and Trish’s family. We are glad the Jeanie and Peter were able to participate. Our best wishes to all.

Farewell Unty T. Your zany laugh and sense of humour will forever be remembered. May you rest in peace with your beloved Moggy and Chloe. Always in our hearts. All our love and hugs to Claire, Stephen, Ab and Huon, and Iain xx
Much love to you all on the loss of your Mum, Grandma and friend. You are all in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. Patricia was a loving Mum and Grandma, and her loss is unfathomable.
All our love.
Hayley, Nam and family
Sincere condolences Claire, Stephen, Abby and Huon on your loss. Wonderful memories shared at the service. My fondest memory of her was from your hen’s day out where we had such fun on the bus and at the wineries. She was so much fun, joining in all the games and a joy to listen to her laugh. I hope you continue to celebrate the happy times you all shared.
All our memories of Trish are happy ones – usually accompanied by laughter. Our travels through Italy & Turkey were such fun – Trish could see the funny side in everything!
We send our love to Claire and her family and Iain at this time.
To Iain and to Claire and Family
We miss Trish’s laugh and quick quips. We are very sad to have lost a lovely member of our Lotus friendship group but will always have the great memories of our adventures together.
I believe that no-one is truly gone until all those whose lives they have touched are also gone and that will be a very long time – and then they become ancestors!
Our thoughts are with you.
