  1. Beautiful Service. So sad I couldn’t be there but I think Rick would find it amusing that I watched it on the plane to Townsville instead of the in-flight entertainment! Love to you all. See you soon

  2. To Aunt Georgie and the family, thank you for including us in Uncle Rick’s final chapter. It was a beautiful celebration. Our prayers and love are with you all.

  3. Many congratulations to the Ali family, occasioned by the send off for Ricardo, my brother. He would have loved to realize that he was held in high esteem by so many family and friends from all over the globe. The slide show did reminded me so much of his wandering spirit and as was mentioned he travelled extensively. I looked at the entire send off and felt as if I was a member of the assembly
The snapshot of our mother and father renewed my memory of how they looked and would have been proud that Rico was so well known and appreciated. Thank you Peter, Danae, Zoe and most of all Georgia.

  4. Hi Georgie Both Leslie and I send our sympathy to you and your children on tte passing of my cousin Ricardo Ali. I grew up together with him at our grandmother Tajan home at De Gannes Street Siparia.
We called him Doyle all our life. He was one of the most liberal individual person who loved every creed and race. When my husband and I were in London in 1964-1966 he visited us almost every week when we will talk about our childhood days in Siparia. He was loved by all . My husband Leslie was present at his wedding with Georgie .
May Allah forgive him for his shortcomings and grant him peace and a place in Paradise. Love to all of you from my family. You will know me as Sheila my home name. Rasheeda (Sheila)
