After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Brave and elegant and loved. A huge support to the brain tumour community he supported on line and a few special on the phone. He was able to share his thoughts wasn’t alone night or day in his community and was loved for his candour. And for sharing his talent.
I 1st knew Roger at Microcomp in 1990 and thought he was a character then, with his gettoblaster…1st person with a large portable CD player. As a NAB colleague we re-connected at Knox with his fantastic / gifted drawings… I was amazed and taken away.. our Birthdays nearly fell on the same day….
Roger was truly a gentleman and scholar…
I will deeply miss Roger and his Colourful character.
I met Roger on the “Brain Tumor Support Group Australia”.
Whilst I did not know him well, I could see from his posts and the few interactions we had that he was a person who was quirky, full of life and an amazingly talented artist.
He had a zest for life that I and I’m sure many others admired.
Roger I know you will be dearly missed by all who knew and love you.
Rest Easy Roger

Such a privilege to be at your Life Celebration. What a fabulous celebration it was and such a privilege to hear about your life. I will never forget you Roger and our late night online conversations. Like me you saw Social Media like a normal conversation so our chats were sad happy but always honest. I hope that I will eventually meet Rose and Evie. With much love and hugs Christina xx

Hey Gizmo miss your long chats and thank you for all the lovely conversations we had one of the good guys a true gentleman see you when my time comes around love you always ☘️❤️
Dear Rose and all gathered, I have lit a little shrine of candles, a wicker angel and some rainbow painted golden corn, here in London. Dressed the best I’ve been in months what with continuing lockdowns over here. To honour Roger who in particular was always my fashion pathfinder when we were tightest buddies as teens. Alas, I watched the streaming countdown then the screen just stopped. I’ve tried rebooting and will persevere however can watch later if need be. I’m there with you all in spirit just as Roger is no doubt. He’ll be sooo feeling the love.
Beautiful service Rose. Our thoughts and love are with you and Evie. Farewell Roger. Gone but not forgotten.

Farewell from all the BS Microcomp service and warehouse teams back in the 80s. Fondly remembered.

Hey Bud,
It’s been almost three months…
I still can’t believe you’re no longer with us.
The countless times I’ve wanted to pick up the phone for a chat.
The many things we never got to finish.
Your sense of humour.
Your sense of style.
Your crazy ideas.
Your optimism.
You’d probably be embarrassed to know that the hole you’ve left in so many people’s lives is much larger than your physical presence ever was.
I’m sure you’re keeping an eye on all of us, like the protective warrior you always were.
Miss you.
Only here for a short time but a good time. Miss your cheery face.
You have left footprints Roger……x
Roger – mate miss our chats miss you bud…. Long Time
