  1. I love you and will miss you Shelley. I miss Holsty too, I will think of all the great times we shared. I wish my love to Shelly’s family. Kindest regards, Kylie and Leon Pendergast

  2. Greg and I are so sorry for your loss. We were privileged to know Shelley and so pleased we saw her at Richard’s funeral.
All our love to the family xxxx

  3. We discovered Melbourne together with you and Richard and our memories of that great city will always be special due to the wonderful times spent with you both. Thanks for your wonderful friendship and hospitality in Pukekohe, Melbourne and Christchurch and for being better at keeping in touch with us than we were with you. While it had been a long time between drinks we still felt so close and are devastated by the loss of you both. Our deepest sympathies go out to the Roberts and Holst families and to all Shelley and Richard’s good friends.

  4. Greg and I are very sorry for you loss. It was lovely to see Shelley, just a few short weeks ago.
All our love to all the family xxx

  5. Nga mihi aroha- greetings of love and respect for the life of a wonderful woman, whose kindness, integrity and elegance impacted on her whole family, friends, workmates and especially those who loved her most, her husband Richard and the Holst family, her parents, brother and sister as well as their beloved dogs. The world is a better place for having such a sweet , gentle soul among us to remind us of how important it is to have lived a good life, and how fragile our designated time on earth can be. Shelley your legacy will remain in the minds and hearts of all who have been privileged to know you. Love especially from Maika and his family in New Zealand.

  6. To Dear Joan and David, Lynne and Wayne, Stu and Heidi, Meg and Emma, we send our heartfelt condolences.

Shelley gave out so much in life and we will miss her ever-cheerful presence whenever she came to Christchurch. She ceaselessly encouraged and inspired others.

She was a dear stepsister, a dear friend. She loved everyone so very well.

  7. I am so going to miss you Shelley but know how much you and Holsty have enriched my life over the past many many years – 45 actually Shelley.
Love to you both and may you be together forever wherever you are now.

  8. After watching this I can see where Shelley got her strength and humour, what lovely tributes at such a difficult time for you all. I will never forget Shelley’s laugh, so frequent and strong, she has left such a positive mark on this world,

    Love,
    Robyn

  9. I am sorry we could not be there at the funeral as so wanted to be. Thank you for letting us be there in a way. The works spoken by you all are so totally true of Shelley – always making others feel good and always wonderful. I might have had year long gaps between seeing her but every time we did catch up it was like we had seen each other the day before. So many lovely memories. Love to Joan, Lynn and Stu and families – Shelley was the person she was because of the loving childhood and family she had. You make good ones Joan! Miss you Shelley xx
