You will be greatly missed Loku Baappi.. I wish we had more time with you.. May you attain the supreme bliss of Nibbana..
My deepest sympathies to Sardha’s family at this time – it was a great shock to hear of his sudden death. Thank you for taking the time to get in contact with me. In the time I knew Sardha as a postgraduate student and some time after, I found him to be a talented scientist, with a keen mind, a capacity to learn quickly, and a dogged determination to get things done. He was also patient and kind, with a great sense of humour, and a quiet wisdom. I admire him from the journey he as taken, from his arrival in Australia, leaving behind a different world in Sri Lanka and beyond, to his establishment as a researcher, to his persistence in developing a career in the fertilizer industry, and his ongoing care and love for his family. I am sorry not to have been able to see him again one last time. I feel a deep sorrow for your loss. He was a good man. Namaste.
