Dear Annie .. I wish we could have been with you to give you a hug .. that will come later !
Our thoughts are with you and the family at such a sad time.
I’ll miss George but he is out of pain and my memories will always be of music, singing together, laughter, happiness and a wonderful sense of humour.
Thank You George, for being a part of my life .. God speed until we meet again !
When I phoned in the hymns for my church service I always had a spare one as I can still hear George saying, ‘they’ll never sing that one Barry ‘. Annie, deepest sympathy and love to you and the family. We will always remember George’s twinkling, mischievious eyes and smile.
Thinking of you today Anne. Naomi and Lisa always remember the time spent at your home and the great time in the spa. George was a great host. Hopefully we will be able to catch up soon. Love to you from Marion, Dieter, Naomi and Lisa xx
Wish I could have been there with you today Anne to farewell our beautiful George. A man of many hats and talents! I will always hold precious the memories of playing piano with George on visits to you and the games of cricket had in the yard after a bbq by George at Christmas. Thinking of you and remembering all the fun times had with George. All my love and hugs to you from afar. xox
Many wonderful memories of some very fun times with Uncle George. Watching today from Queensland. Lots and lots of love to you Aunty Anne. Hoping to be able to see you soon xxx
George was a loved and respected member of The Mount Players, appearing in many of the theatre’s productions and one act plays. He made many friends along the way and naturally, was always fun to share the stage with.
We loved George’s gentle manner, wonderful smile and delightful sense of humour and his gift to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable in his presence. We will miss him greatly.
Our love and thoughts go to Anne and family and friends at this very sad time.

Thinking of you especially today. I hope George is looking down on you helping you through these difficult times. We all have such fond memories of the handsome, distinguished, full loving George. He will always have a special place in our hearts.
Love to you always Annie.
All my love to you Ann. And to Tom, Daniel and Robert. Best wishes knowing he’s not in pain anymore, and that Jehovah will remember him. ( Job 14:14,15 ) God longs for all his lost ones to be resurrected and to live In Paradise on earth! I look forward to seeing him again happy and healthy. Revelation 21:3,4. No more sickness or death or mourning. But happiness with lost ones.
Thinking of George today as we watch from Cairns. Many wonderful memories of a larger than life character who we dearly loved. All our love to Anne on this sad day.
