  9. Thank you to everyone for attending Mum’s service in person and virtually and for your lovely comments. She would have loved reaching such a wide congregation. It was good being able to see Michael and Aurelia Janice, Mrs Pitrone, Phillip, Maria and Rosa, though we are far away in Brisbane. Thank you especially to Margaret, who, supported by Phillip, arranged such a fitting celebration of Mum’s life. We know Mum will continue to live in your memories.

  18. This damn virus is really not helping!
Our hearts go out to her family, who were unable to be reunited to say farewell with dignity as she deserved.
That said, it will not take away our desire to mention the warmth of this wonderful lady who was called Angela whom we had the opportunity to meet over a glass of champagne that she loved so much.

  20. At the tender age of 15, I met James at school and was introduced to the Boccabella family. My memory of Mrs Boccabella is one of generosity and kindness and always so welcoming at any time of day and night. As a new immigrant, she not only embraced me by her welcome, she also extended that to both my parents. I have wonderful memories of the family gatherings and ofcourse the fabulous food that she provided for her guests. I am very honored to have known her and am forever grateful.
