We were greatly saddened to hear of the passing of Tony. He was a warm and generous man (I’m sure he bought grapes solely for Moom for a while there!!), and we consider ourselves very lucky to have had Tony, Barbara and Anne-Marie for neighbours. Our sincerest condolences,
Julie, Adam, Ali, Jess and Moom
Dear Liana, Tony, Isabella, Giulia and family – condolences to you for such a loss.
He will surely be missed, but has left such a legacy. It was a beautiful service – sensitive and sweet. What a kind, generous man, wonderful father and special nonno. Our thoughts are with you all x
We have wonderful memories of those few days spent with Nino on our honeymoon in Melbourne!
We can say that it was a very good person.

You will always be loved for the truly genuine loving man you were. You will be truly missed by all who crossed your path. You will be forever in our hearts Tony, thankyou for all the time you spent with our family and the lessons you taught us all. My heart goes out to your family at this time.
Missing you already, Kim, Maya, Jay, Andrea, Chris and Graeme.
Just beautiful service celebrating his amazing life ..RIP
Tony, you really were one in a million! You, Barbara and Anne-Marie welcomed us to Rothesay Ave with open arms and showered us with love, gifts and food. Popping over for a coffee, which always ended in a shot of Galliano, is one of our most treasured memories. You fed me through my two pregnancies, and loved my two boys like they were your own grandchildren. You were our family Tony. We are so sad to lose you, but know that you will find your peace with your beautiful Angel, Barbara.
Anne-Marie, you have your dads heart, so big and generous, and open to all around you. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy, one which I know he was so proud of.
With all our love, Ros, Mark, Johnny & Dhani boy xo
A lovely service for Tony. He was larger than life, and a genuine community-builder. Tony had a hello for everyone who walked past his house, and for many, an invitation to come in and have a coffee. I was so fortunate to know and love Tony, and my biggest regret is that I didn’t take him up on the offer of coffee sooner. He really cared about me, and he and Anne-Marie made me feel like part of their family. I already miss him beyond words and will remember him always.
Bidding our wonderful friend and neighbour, Tony, goodbye and God’s speed. Thank you for your friendship and for making Rothesay Avenue a community as well as a street.
With love Kim and Ian
Nino, I can’t remember a moment where you weren’t being cheeky and making me laugh. your beautiful smile and wonderful sense of humor will be missed. I’ll always hold fond memories of you. My love to Anne Marie, Lisa, Liana & the rest of the family – what a gaping hole in your hearts but comfort in knowing those two lovebirds are back together again. Rest in Peace together dear Nino & Barbara xxx

Tony – you really were the mayor of Elwood and the warmest soul a person could meet. I will miss our morning chats as I walked past in the early hours of the day. You always helped me start the day with a smile and taught me to treasure what was right in front of me. I admired your contentment and sense of happiness with everything in your life – it was beyond refreshing.
You will be sorely missed and may you rest peacefully.
