Dear Lyn and family,
Today’s service was a beautiful tribute and celebration of Barry’s life. In the time I spent with Barry, I came to know a wonderful, funny and caring gentleman who deeply treasured his family. Sending you all my condolences and strength.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Jeni, my sincere condolences to you and your family. May he Rest In Eternal Peace
Dear Lyn and Anne and family,
What a beautiful Christian service it was to celebrate and farewell Barry. The church is also beautiful, and it seemed strange to have the sadness of a funeral against the seasonal decorations for Christmas. The readings were well chosen as were the songs.
John and Paul gave a wonderful insight into Barry’s professional and family life and this was well supported by the grandchildren who spoke.
The images of Barry’s life was well supported by the choice of music. I think we also had Louis Armstrong’s Wonderful World for Boyce’s funeral – Oh Yeah!
I regret I was unable to join you today but please know you have been in my thoughts.

To dear Lyn and family, Irwin Gabrielle and John we send our deepest sympathy and prayers on the loss of your beloved Barry. In times gone by the McGenniss and Gantley families were spoken of fondly by our late parents Una and Jack.
Sending love to you all from your Shanahan cousins. R.I.P. Barry.
