  1. Much love being sent to you all.
‘Big Kate’ was a very important part of my family for many years.

So many beautiful memories of very happy times spent together at Nora Creina.

  2. Dear Jen, Yo & Mick.
What a very beautiful farewell you gave Kate, your dear Mum, she would have loved every detail of it. It was so special from start to finish on the video link we watched from WA.
Lew and I became friends with Mum and Dad in 1961 on our trip around Australia, and spent many happy times with them in Gembrook and Nora Creina over the years, always with lots of fun & laughs and Lobster feeds.
Genuine friends are hard to find, but they were the best.
So many wonderful memories made over those 60yrs as our families grew into Adults and gave us wonderful Grandchildren, & Great Grandchildren.
Ore heart felt sympathy goes out to all the family.
Kate, you will be sadly missed. Rest In Peace Dear Friend.

  7. We watched the service at Nora Creina which seemed very fitting given how much it was referenced in the service and how much she loved it here. She was very loved by us all.

  8. Dear Aunty Kate. It was our r richest pleasure to have known aunty Kate for as long as we have. She was such a beautiful selfless [person who wanted to help everybody all the time.
Our family enjoyed her company immensely particularly when we would play cards and have a good old belly laugh. It was really funny when she would sneak a few wines and start slurring a few words and when we suggested she may have done just that she would always deny it. Today is a day that our family will celebrate her life and remember all the great times and fun we had together. We will miss her but never forget her. Love to all. Sue, Tony, Brooke and Josh

  9. Mick and Jenny my thoughts are with you at this sad time. I remember all of us kids going to Gembrook to see aunty Cath and uncle Dennis. Very kind hearted people aunty Cath just wanted to catch and up and comment on how much we had grown. Always offering a biscuit and drink after the long trip up the hill. So Aunty Cath will always be in our hearts and missed. Good impression on us and fond memories , the aunty that was happy positive and cheerful person that’s she was to me RIP Wayne Ashford

Her physical self may have left but she will continue to walk beside you in your hearts and memories. Love jacquie
