  1. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to join the live streaming of the service. It’s a good way to remember our uncle Cor. Everyone told a beautyfull story about him and the pictures and Dutch music were lovely. Thinking of you all, love from us.

  2. a beautiful service. we couldn’t be there but it was good to be able to watch the full service like this.
your parents would be very proud of you. a nice tribute too to play the Dutch music that your Dad loved so much. you have to be there for each other now as I am sure you will be. We are thinking of you. love from me. Edda.

  3. Many thanks for the possibility that we, here in the Netherlands could watch the funeral of your father, grandfather, and great-grandfather could follow.
In our mind, we are with you in this difficult time.
Parents and brothers van Vliet are now reunited.

  4. Thank you for live streaming the service, it was lovely and I learned a bit more about Om Cor.
He was half Sagittarian , loved cornflakes for breakfast and did his fair share of Dutch swearing. More importantly though he was a loving father and husband. I’m sure you will miss him and Tanta Joke lost without him. The priest will also miss him sitting in the second row!! I have other fond memories of Om Cor when Des & I visited the cousins in Burwood and the beach house but also when he and Tanta Joke came to Cairns and spent time with us here. The old photos were brilliant. Good bye Om Cor, till we meet again. Love to you all.

  5. Thank you for the possibility to be part of the farewell of your dad. A great man we loved from a distance. Your dad will be very proud of you all for giving him such a loving farewell.
We hope you will find the strenght with eachother to cope with this loss and hope we can share memories in the future.

What lovely memories you have of Dad & Opa to take into your futures.
You ‘did good’ Rob, we could see it was very hard for you, but, Dad would have been very proud of you and the way you have lived your life and the virtues you have instilled in your boys.
Again, our condolences love & sympathy to uou all.
