Dear David
Congratulations on a life well lived.
I had the pleasure of meeting you and Tamara many times. Remember Tamara was once a guest in my student production of The Dice Man.
It was a beautiful service.
Rest assured David, I and her many friends will look after Tatyana . To Tatyana you are a class act!

What a great man. A truly fitting farewell. Magnificent.
A lovely send-off to your dear Dad, Nina and Tatyana. It was so interesting hearing about his early life, both in Scotland and Australia. He sounded like a very interesting and well-loved person, both within his family and his many spheres of friendship. I’m sure he felt blessed to have you both caring for him with such love and devotion right to the end. I also loved seeing all those pictures of dear Madam, from her early days right up to her final months. She was always so beautiful and elegant and was an important and much-loved role model in my life. They were a wonderful and devoted couple. Your Dad was blessed to have had 96 long, happy years. My Mum died last year, also 96, but sadly had dementia at the end too.
Life will go on and you will feel him around you at different times, even as you’re missing him so much. You sent him off to two of my favourite songs, especially the last one which I used to play when I was in hospital 22 years ago – sort of sad but uplifting in its beauty. So glad I was able to watch this recording – thank you. Lots of love and hugs to you both. Anne
What a wonderful celebration of your Dad’s life. And what a wonderful life.
