  1. Dear Jude, Ruth , Lillian, Gavin and Friends

A moving and beautiful celebration of Dear Kittens life journey. he was such a high achiever and did so with grace and dignity his too short life span.
Kitten was truly loved as I knew him during school days and through my time sharing a house with him and the Bayview Street “family”
It was thanks to luminaries like Kitten, Robbo, Punk, Gavin and the Colley family that I became educated about lefty politics, music and all things alternative, fun and creative.
I remember your courtship days with Kitten Jude and love was truly in the air.
He will be surely missed , but in my heart always.
Much love and felt with you all, in virtual reality of the memorial online.

  2. Dearest Jude, Ruth and Lillian, Gavin

What a beautiful memorial. Reminding me of the school days with Dave, and the HHH gang .
Followed by good times in the shared house with the Bayview Street family; Rimbo and the cats.
Kitten always considerate and thoughtful and musing over something…
Knowing Kitten, Robbo, Punk , Gavin, and the gang truly impacted my thoughts and experiences for life. Intellectual, politically left, considerate fun loving, musicians and free thinkers …amazing humans.
I remember those heady days and meeting courtship between you and Dave, Jude … Love . love , love

Never forgotten and forever in my heart Kitten , and gang .

Was there with you in the virtual space. xxxxxxx Much love

  3. I’m grateful that I was able to be part of this beautifully moving memorial service. It’s reassuring to hear that Dave remained as much loved and admired throughout his life as he was when I was lucky enough to be part of his life when we were all young and beautiful. What a great bloke. I liked Billy’s song. Well Done everyone. I tried to post a photo of the Kittenmobile here but I couldn’t work out how to do it. By the sound of it Dave would have been able to help me out. Sending good vibes to all.

  4. A beautiful ceremony and celebration of such a loved and gorgeous man. It was v special to share this and I feel so lucky to have gotten to spend the time i did with him.
Sending big love and hugs to you all, Sammy xx

  5. Dear Jude, family and friends of Kitten (David),
Sending you lots of warm wishes and virtual hugs on this day of both mourning and celebration of David’s life, that we were all lucky enough to be part of!
I’ve known Kitten since high school and he was always such a beautiful soul, touching everyone who knew him. This is what will live on in our memory and in our hearts, and today’s celebration has ensured that. So, congratulations and my condolences to all.
    With much love,

  10. A lovely service for a lovely man.
I worked with David for a few years at the AEU Federal Office. He was so knowledgeable and patient when explaining IR legislation I didn’t understand. I enjoyed our many conversations. His kindness is much missed.
