  8. What a wonderful celebration of Del’s life and all of her achievements. Please accept both Dad and my apologies for not being able to attend today and thank you for the live stream that you shared with us. Both Dad and I extend our condolences to Del’s family, colleagues and friends for their loss. Thank you Del for the many memories with the Tungamah netball club and later on in Melbourne. —-RIP Del—-.

  9. Thank you for sharing Del with the world. The world needed her, and we are so lucky to have had her. I often look to Del for inspiration and help in my daily life, and I work everyday to become half as good as her. All my love goes to Milla, AJ, Sean and the rest of the families around her. When I left through the “crying doors” last time to go back to Norway she said “It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later” – I can’t wait. Thank you again, love from Erika.

  10. “Our memories of yesterday will last a lifetime. We’ll take the best, forget the rest, and someday will find that these are the best of times.” Farewell Del,

  11. Beautiful service for a beautiful well respected woman, appreciate that I was able to join in on the service after having to miss it today 🙁 much love to you Sean, AJ and Milla and families. You may not have had Del for a lifetime but you are all super lucky to have had her for the time you did. Always in your heart and mind. Ps, Harmony Day will have such a new meaning for me now. It will forever be DEL’s Day! ❤️

  12. Dear Pat and Peter
A most beautiful tribute to a truly remarkable daughter. Del packed more into her short 42 years than most people do in a lifetime. You must be immensely proud of who she became and who she was, and it is obvious that her legacy will live on for a very long time.
Take care and be gentle with yourselves.

  14. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in the celebration of Del’s life via the live stream. Unfortunately we could not be there in person. Del was truly inspirational and a most caring person. As a family member and past serving member of the Vic Police Service we are so proud to have known her. Our thoughts and prayers are with Del’s family and friends and particularly with Shaun, AJ and Milla. I know that my beautiful recently deceased sister Corrie, was very proud of her and often spoke of her with great fondness. I am sure they are together now in heaven, they are both deserving of nothing less.

Lots of Love to you all from Henk and Annette
