Dear Tamson, Sam & Nathan & families,
Thinking of you at this time of great loss.
Liz was indeed a memorable woman in so many ways. I remember her fondly as a fellow student at Concordia, a colleague and parent at Cornerstone.

What a loving , caring service for such a wonderful mother ,grandmother, sister and friend to so many. I only knew Liz through my contact with Ainsleys mother. The words spoken by the family were an insight to a very special person. A very emotional service.
Sincere condolences to all the family.
Nathan, Sam, Tamsin and families,
our condolences to you from all of us who share your loss having known and loved Liz in so many rich and varied ways.
Liz has been a special gift to us at St Paul’s and a living lesson on sharing calmness and peace through
difficult and challenging times pro. She proved to be a wealth of Christian encouragement, wisdom and friendship to members and pastors alike .
Dear Sam, Tamson and Nathan,
It was very special to watch your Mum’s funeral today. We have fond memories of your beautiful family when you were at Bridgewater. Liz was a special lady and we will remember her faith, tenacity and dignity. You all spoke so beautifully today and shared your love and thankfulness for her role in your lives. The grandchildren were amazing and obviously adored their Nanna. God bless you all as you mourn your loss. Love and hugs from Pastor Alex and Gill.
Dear Tamson, Sam and Nathan,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families in your grief, and in thanksgiving for Auntie Liz. Thanks for enabling the livestream – we’re grateful we could all participate in the funeral this way.
Tom, Chelsea, Benedict and Matthew.
Thankyou for the service, everyone spoke so well and the live stream was appreciated, thanks for sharing your memories and insights. Gal5:22 is also my favourite verse. Liz was there for me during a difficult time and I’ll remember her kindness forever. Blessings to you all.
Dear Family,
Hold on to your treasured memories of someone special. I have fond memories of Liz –
As head prefect when I was a student at Concordia College; teaching me to play hockey at college; a previous member of Bridgewater Lutheran Church and serving on various committees and being an important part of the church community; meeting up with and spending the day with her in Edinburgh, Scotland approx. 2.5 yrs ago.
Dear Tamson, Nathan and Sam
Thinking of you on this sad day. With deepest sympathy as you remember Liz.
With love,
Huon
I felt incredibly lucky to have known Tamson’s mum Liz. I will remember her for the way she made the people around her feel so alive, important and loved. Like Tamson, she had a gift for declarative speech, and it was a joy to see her use it at parties, in church and in everyday social settings. She loved her kids and grandkids so much, and I will always remember our conversations about motherhood and all that it means within a life and a community. I’m so sorry that Vita won’t get to grow up with her Nana, but I will do everything possible to keep her memory alive for her as her godmother. My deep sympathy to Tamson, Nathan, Sam and all her many loved ones. With lots of love, Frances, David, Josie and Rachel.
Nathan, Sam, Tamsin and families
Sending much love to you all. I have many fond memories of Liz and treasured the time we spent together at Unity College. Neville very much valued her friendship, wisdom, faith and fun during that time. She was an inspiration to many.
I pray you find solace in knowing how loved she was by so many. You will miss her dearly. Go gently.

Dear Tamsin, Sam and Nathan and extended families,
Our love thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Have fondest memories of your dear mother as a friend, colleague and confidant from Cornerstone days.
Liz was a person of deep faith who lived a life of service to others showering them with compassion and love.

I enjoyed working with Liz in our Education Officer roles at LEVNT. We enjoyed many a car trip together to see people in our regional schools and many a plane trip over to Adelaide for meetings at LEA. Liz was always so genuine and always talked about how much she loved and how much joy came from being a mother and grandmother. She also shared about how her life and everything that happened in it, shaped her and grew her. Liz was a great story teller and it was lovely to get to know her and work closely with her.
Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time. Many fond memories of Liz from the early years of high school years. We managed to catch up with Liz during the years. She always had a smile on her face. She will be sadly missed by all.
My thoughts are with you all. Will join you from Adelaide. I have been lucky enough to have known Liz for 50 years. First Uni, then our kids played together, we lunched as we got older, she visited me in Darwin, I visited her in Melbourne, we exchanged Christmas letters and usually talked on our birthdays. It was great to chat with her in April. As I said in an earlier email she has been an inspiration in many ways and will be sadly missed.
