What a remarkable man your Father was – a man with great intelligence, many accomplishments and great sensitivity – and what a wonderful legacy he left you, above all, lives filled with so much love.
Dearest Penny and Louise,

Dear Lou and Penny, What a remarkable and loving man your Dad was. I think you gave him a really beautiful send off, including musically! Eon influenced and was loved by so many, I felt privileged to be part of today. A sad day for your family, but a life lived very much to the full. Sending lots of love for the coming days and weeks, Ann
Beautiful service Penny and Lou.
Eon was the best uncle EVER!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to be there, without being there.
Love you both so much. Hope we can all catch up soon.

Penny and Louise, You are so lucky to have had Uncle Eon for your dad.
Smiles through the tears.
Love to you and yours, and thank you for a really worthwhile ceremony.
Jane.
Thank you Penny and Louise for a most beautiful tribute to your splendid, humble, good Dad! He was a wonderful uncle as well! Love to you all from Bernardine
Dear Penny and Louise and family,
Eon was such a gentleman and a gentle man. I will always have fond memories of his kindness and good humour. Sadly missed.
Love to you all,
David Carroll
Farewell Eon. I knew you best back when personal computers were new, when your children were still children. At a time when people your age barely knew what computers were, you were eagerly exploring them and using them do do things nobody had done before. It was a time when the bravest, smartest and most adventurous techies explored computing like the new horizon that it was. Thank you for being part of my great adventure. It was a pleasure and privilege to know you.
My thoughts are very much with you Penny and Lou. That was such a beautiful service, and a fitting tribute to Eon.
