  1. I appreciate this streaming of Ethel’s funeral service.
She was an endearing woman of many graces and talents.
    My condolences to her family.

  2. Whilst it wasn’t possible to be there to see Ethel off on her last journey, it was a privilege to be able to watch the service and hear the heartfelt tributes to such a lovely woman. Ethel always made me so welcome and I remember the many lovely Christmases I spent with Ethel and Doug. I send hugs to all the family who are feeling so sad at this time.

  3. So grateful to be able to share this wonderful Thanksgiving Service with you and remember our dear Aunty Ethel.

  4. This was amazing seeing Ethel’s funeral in White Sulphur Springs, NY while it was happening in Australia.
Seeing my classmate Liz and her children and grandchildren. Also seeing Mardi & her family, Peter & his family and Paul & his family. Ethel was an accomplished women but her heart was a big as the world. I will try to follow her example. God Bless you all.

  7. What a beautiful tribute to your mum, Mardi. Thank you so much for having the service streamed. Will keep all of you in my prayers.

  8. Loving thoughts of a wonderful lady who touched on so many humanitarian issues, as well as caring for family and friends. With Doug beside her, we felt enveloped in their lives and appreciated his prayers for our family in times of sadness, ill health and baptism. You will be sadly missed here on earth, but reunited with your loving husband in heaven. Thanks for keeping in touch all the years in Carlton. Condolences to the family. Much love, Joan & Les Watts & family.

  9. A great person in all aspects of her long life – to her children, grand and great-grand children and the people around her.
