  2. Rest in peace, Truey. I’ll always remember skipping class with you and the lads to play golf on Friday afternoons. You lit up the room, mate, and your legacy lives on. Sending lots of love to Lauren and the family.

  3. Hi Lauren and family,
I listened to today’s service online and it was a wonderful celebration of Glyn’s life. He was surrounded by love in all aspects of his life. Everyone spoke beautifully of Glyn and well and truely presented him as loyal compassionate, funny and loveable! He was a real character. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this service.
I sat in the car at Mt Martha beach in the sun with windows down and listened and watched the whole service. I even saw dolphins swimming and playing directly in front of me. Wow!!!
I am Ollie Crust’s mum and I met Glyn through his work. Lucy recommended Glyn when I needed some insurance and I liked him straight away. It was not too long before I was diagnosed with cancer and needed to make a claim on my insurance. Glyn led the way through the process and was genuinely caring and compassionate. When Glyn was disgnosed, I was devastated. I followed his progress through Lucy and Ollie and although I have only met you a couple of times, my heart is with you and your beautiful daughter Ayla. Thank you again for the opportunity to share in these memories.
    Lots of love

  6. What a great tribute to Glyn and truly sorry to all the family for the loss.
Glyn passed way too quickly and he had so much in front of him
He has though, left lasting memories of a wonderful young man with a family and many friends who will not forget the times that he crossed our paths.

  7. To all Glyn’s friends and family,
Thank-you for providing some wonderful insights into Glyn’s life. I couldn’t be there in person today, but
I greatly appreciate the stories about him, and the love for him that you shared. May he live in all of our hearts forever.

  8. It was a beautiful celebration of the life that Glyn built in such a short time. He’ll always be remembered as one of the best, and I’ll strive to live life to the fullest in his honor.

  9. Dear Julie, John, Bron and Lauren

What a moving and wonderful tribute to Glyn’s life. It was such an honour to hear about all those special moments and memories he created with everyone in his world. He has left the greatest mark on so many and while feeling the enormous loss, you must be so touched by his impact on people and merciful that he is now at peace.

I know you will never forget and all our lives are richer for him having been in it.

    Much love,
    Felicity Nutter

  11. Dear John and Julie,

Such a beautiful tribute to Glyn. We laughed and cried at all the stories and remember Glyn as a funny and mischievous little boy but also as a funny, mischievous and delightful young man. Sending much love to you both.

  12. What a wonderful and appropriate reflection on the life of a clearly fantastic man. It is so sad that there were so few years.

  13. Truey, you were an inspiration to all of us. Thanks for being such a good friend. Thanks for being the best team mate.

The times we spent together ill cherish together. The times we opened the batting together in cricket i hoped to do again one day.

Great memory i have thought of since you passed is when you made your hundred at FPCC. That day i remember you telling the team that you when you were going to bat you were going to bad for a minimum of 3 hours. You et your stop watch and sure enough you made 100.

Thanks for always having your mates well being first.

    Love you mate.

  17. Dear Julie John and Family,

Our deepest sympathy to you all. Such a lovely celebration of Glyn’s life.
Our hearts go out to you.

  18. I am a friend of Bron’s from Berlin and did not know Glyn personally. The service was a beautiful way to get to know him through the words and stories of his friends and family and the touching collection of photographs. Thank you for organizing this service and stream. May he rest in peace. Love, Donelle

  19. Dear John, Julie, Bron, Lauren and Ayla
My heart breaks for you. Such beautiful words spoken about Glyn. A great tribute to Glyn. You should all be very proud of Glyn and his achievement in his 31 years. A wonderful son, brother, husband and father.
    Love and best wishes

  20. If we value our lives by the people we touch and the lives we change then despite its length Glyn packed a vast fortune into his. We are lucky to have known him and are blessed to be a part of his legacy.

  21. Sorry we could not attend personally.

Our sincere condolences to Lauren & Ava and all member of both of the extended families.

Ben is extremely disappointed he was unable to attend due to Qld Covid border closure. Glyn was a very special friend to him and someone we all always enjoyed spending time with.

  22. To all of Glyns family and friends I am truly sorry for your loss.
Although I knew Glyn via FPCC it was actually the number of golf rounds I shared with him and our mate Luke walker where I got to know him a lot better. Not only was Glyn a gun sportsman but a ripping personality to boot.
Glyn also approached me on a business front where he helped secure my personal and business insurance which to this day still provides protection for my young family.
From the first time Glyn walked into our house to conduct our business my wife and children trusted him immediately.
The world has lost a champion who will be sorely missed.
