A guardian angel, a great human, a great woman, a great friend, a great mentor, a great person with heart of gold, always caring, honest, loving, the light in her eyes, the beautiful voice, the grace, the love. 20 years we have been through together. Those times and moments we had together, sharing, growing. Always an inspiration and solid as a rock, Janet shaped me into the better person I am today. Your love and warmth, forever with me on this earth, in my heart, till we meet again. Lots of love. xx oo

It is with great sadness that I have heard of the loss of Janet. She was a true Aussie Battler, but despite her disabilities, she always remained positive and happy to continue on. I have absolute admiration for her courage and convictions. I offer my condolences to her family.
Janet was a kind, generous, intelligent woman, deeply pragmatic and very strong.
Many times we enjoyed a cup of tea or a glass of whisky at her table, her conversation always perceptive & insightful.
She loved art, music, theatre, fashion, especially when one of her many friends was involved.
I feel honoured to be her friend, and will miss her always.
