My heartfelt condolences to Catherine, Judith, David, Jamie and your families for the loss of your dear dear Ma. She was a treasure. Always with a sweet and positive nature throughout her life. She loved her immediate family so much and became a real matriach of the Hannington family. I so enjoyed my talks with her over the years. She was a very supportive Aunty Jean to me, especially after the loss of my dear mother her sister Peg.
So sorry to you all for the loss of your beautiful Ma. My heart goes out to you all. What a lovely service to celebrate the life of such a selfless lady. Beautiful words by everyone. I would have been there to pay my respects if it weren’t for the restrictions. Much love to all of you. xxx
A lovely tribute to a lovely lady. It has been a joy and a pleasure to have got to know her over the last few years or so. You have captured her character, strength and spirit beautifully in the words used to describe her, and I know she is proud of each and every one of you. A shame that in this time we cannot all be there to surround you with comfort on the day, but I truly hope you can feel all our thoughts and sympathy to you all for this loss. Love and blessings to all, Jenny (Davies) McCourt – the “foot” girl. xxx
Very sad to learn of the passing of Auntie Jean, she was a beautiful and caring person- my sister’s, Jemma and Paige & I were always spoiled by her as if we were her own grandchildren. Thinking of all the Munday’s during this difficult time. I am sorry we could not be there to support (and meet) you on the day.
-Today I was grateful to join her beloved family on video to say goodbye to a very special friend Jean. Her love for her family and their love for her, was beautifully seen at her service. My thoughts are with you all.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful words. Ma truly cherished your friendship and always spoke so highly of you, Cliff and family.

My condolences on the loss of your Mum. I only met Jean once or twice, most recently when I took my Mum (Bobbie Davies) around to see her and to show her photos. But I heard a lot about her. Your Mum was a lovely lady. Bobbie just watched the funeral now and sent a tribute by email via my sister Jenny. All the best at this sad time. Martin Davies.
Thank you, Martin, I have so glad mum was able to maintain contact with your family throughout her lifetime.
