  1. What a movingly beautiful tribute you gave to Jill this morning! You all did her proud.
She was such a special person who touched the lives of so many. Her faith, dedication to the family and her bravery in adversity inspired me, as did her fight to the end of her mortal life.
(Although I did not know Ian, my partner, Phil Dacy spent many happy times with him in earlier days hence my connection.)
It was a privilege to know Jill and to witness your celebration of her life this morning and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
She will live on in your memories to comfort you and often make you smile!

  2. What a beautiful service to honour such a beautiful lady. Jill would have been so proud of you all! What a wonderful tribute from her Sons, Brother, Grandchildren and Friends. I love the poem that the Granddaughter read, before her speech. If she wrote that, please tell her, Congratulations, it was awesome!
A huge THANK YOU for live streaming the service, it was wonderful to be a part of it. I loved Jill very much. What a special person she was! My deepest sympathies to all of her family and those who loved her dearly.
    Loved Jeanette Oswald. xx

  3. On behalf of Dibble and Hoe Cottage Gardeners, we send our love to the entire family for the loss of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jill was a delight to be part of our group and we enjoyed her fun, spirit and knowledge of everything about gardening. She was always concerned that everyone was alright and we loved visiting her at her gorgeous cottage. She will be remembered by our group. In the poem When I’m gone, the verse
Then forgot to grieve for my going,
I would not have you sad for a day,
But in summer just gather some flowers
And remember the place where I lay.

Yes, we will do that for you Jill.

    All our love
From Dibble and Hoe Cottage Gardeners Inc
