Jill lived such a full and capable life as a loving daughter sister, wife, mother , work colleague, and community member, giving of her love and time to so many.
I am so very proud of her, and sorry not to have known her better.

Was wonderful to be able to share this celebration of Jill’s life from a campsite in southern WA. Thoughts are with you all and my heart hurts with you. Jill was a terrific work mate. Daniel, Xzavier, Jordan, Uncle Ian, Aunty Sue and Iva, I’m so sorry we couldn’t mage it down today. What a beautiful girl Jill was. I’m so thankful for our childhoods. I’m so just sorry we didn’t get to see each other much in recent years. I’ve always thought about you all over the years and ‘caught up’ on Facebook with the kid’s growing etc. But, it’s not the same as time and conversation. My favourite memory of Jill was at about age 10 when she was adamant that she was a boy. I was very confused and asked which toilet she used. I then asked Uncle Ian for an explanation to which Uncle Ian explained that she was a boy by day and his girl when she was asleep. Well…she grew up, and the first time I saw her wear a dress was at her wedding. She was beautiful and oh so feminine. Jill was always smiling even as a child. She was always a joy to be around. I always looked forward to seeing her. I remember visiting her at the computer store back when I lived in Melbourne. I’m glad she had 3 loves in her life.
