  1. Dearest Andie, Campbell, Hannah and Tyler, Graham and Carol and all the Vorrath family.
I’m sending you all much love at this time of year. I have just finished watching the recording of the live stream and was deeply moved by your words and reflections on the wonderful husband, father, son, brother, friend, and man that Kes was, and the very full life that he led; touching all who knew him.

Indeed, he rightly “identified as Awesome!”

As I reflect on my own journey, I am reminded that, despite the pain of losing someone, how fortunate we are to have basked in the glow of their vibrant life. I count myself very lucky to have experienced a small part of the joy that Kes brought to the world and cherish the moments I shared with you all in his presence.

May the gift he gave you; his magnificent way of embracing life (go hard or go home!), sustain you all throughout this year of firsts and beyond.

    Sending much love,
    Ben.

  17. Kester, you were an amazing human being with so much energy and enthusiasm. I have fond memories doing group assignments with you when we were studying business management together at Swinburne. You’d grab an idea and run with with it, “we can do this”! A group of us from Swinburne engineering had dinner the other night to honour you. Sad to see you depart, but thanks for the memories.

Best wishes to Andie, the kids and your extended family. So sorry for your loss.
