  1. Rest in Peace dear Leo, a wonderful servant to the appeals for Upper Yarra RSL, very appreciated. Our last surviving WW11 Member, A true gentleman, always up for a laugh. Deepest Sympathy to darling Mavis, Ros and family, from Committee and staff of Upper Yarra RSL.

  5. i was nine year old when my nana uncle leo,s sister Kathleen took me too meet you at the shop in Warburton. you closed up the shop and helped you clean up i remember you gave me the mop and said can you mop the floor we where almost finished and i hit the tic tac stand and tic tacs went everywhere you i was so upset but you laughed and said its ok. another time we where going to cows and you just brought a new car and i was sick in the car that you aunty mavis nana and i reckon aunty Mona was in there to it smelt so bad you all grabbed Gum leaves for the rest of the trip.uncle Leo we only meet maybe a dozen times but ill never for get you love you and rest in peace.

  9. I am so grateful that my kids had a chance to know the magnificent man who will be forever in my heart and theirs. Grandad Clarke always made me feel loved and appreciated for even the smallest of things. The memories I have from family holidays at Cowes, simple get togethers, through to hanging home made Christmas candy canes from his ears, will be treasured forever and thought about often with big smiles.     Uncle Leo would be so proud of the service and very proud of his beautiful family. Uncle Leo was definitely a very unique and special man to each and everyone who new him. Our Love to you all in this very sad time and we wish we could have been with you all to celebrate his wonderful life. We were lucky to be able to be part of the service via live stream (not the same as physically being there). Our Love, hugs, thoughts and well wishes to you Aunty Mavis, Roslyn and families.   14. To my dear Bradley Family, As I sit here and watch the Funeral Service of Leo I had lots of tears. Remembering the years in Warburton at Foodland supermarket, such a joy to walk into it was a very happy place. You will be sadly missed Leo. RIP John and I send out love to all the family.
