The Funeral Service
After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.
This service will have a password applied once edited (normally within 3 to 5 days following the service), you will then need to contact the family for the password to access.
It was a privilege to hear this tribute about the beautiful qualities of the remarkable Mrs Purcell and about her rich life truly and fully lived. What an example to us all.

To our dear friend, we will miss your chaotic approach to your quilt making for your precious grandkids. It meant there was lots of laughter and retro sewing when things got sewn back to front, upside down or simply didn’t survive the grandkids fabric cutting.
Taking you to Tasmania for quilting weekend was somewhat like herding cats… how many ice cream shops are in the north of the island..even in a cheese factory.!!
To her five children, we listened to a lot more than you can ever imagine about you all, along with your partners and kids..!!
We always gave her a different time frame for events, just so she got to point A on time, but that’s what we loved about her.
So, on our Monday, we thank you all for allowing us to say our goodbyes in private. Goodbye our dear friend, it certainly was always entertaining. The Monday Patchwork group. Xxx

She was a remarkable woman with such a rich, diverse and loving life,
Margaret was very much loved by my mum Kitty and as a small boy I remember how excited mum was when she knew that Margaret was coming to visit. After kitty’s passing and with me living in Tasmania it was so good to see her again with her visit over here with Amanda.
You all spoke so well, and it was very clear not only how much you loved your mum but how she bonded you all together as a family

A beautiful tribute to an exceptional lady. I’m inspired by the amazing family Margaret created and nurtured. Fond memories from childhood of my teacher and best friend’s mother. So glad I could watch from overseas. Love to all, especially to beautiful Jennifer.

A wonderful woman we had the privilege to know, always smiling and dignified and a pleasure to be around. Her love for her family was palpable and adored by everyone who knew her.
