After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.
What a lovely service!
I was so honored when asked to be a bridesmaid for Tony & Marie and this brought back fond memories .
Much love to all the family
Love, hugs and kisses

Dear Marie, she shared a special part of my life, the many family gatherings at Central Avenue, the huge watermelons, and happiness. Our parents had a fine friendship that carried on in us.
Thank you Karen for the opportunity to share in her service in these strange times. The end of an era, but what a fine legacy she has left in you all.
On behalf of my family we send you all love and special memories.

A beautiful Service……Well done Marlene and Karen. Auntie Marie would of been very proud of you both.
Such special touches, (must admit shed a tear or two) at the wonderful Eulogy, with the reading by Marlene and Peter, Ranchor’s performance, the wonderful visual presentation, and choice of music. (Had to be one by Dean Martin…Marie’s idol)
Thinking of you all my dear cousins with love, Barbara x
Thank you for sharing this special event across the world today. Aunty Marie was a dear friend to dad and mum (Victor and Erica Radich) and a dear aunty to us kids; coming and staying to take care of us when mum and dad went away as we were growing up. Her famous Prsurates came every time! She had a life of service and was loved by many. May she rest in peace. Sending much love to Marlene and Karen, and your families in this time.
Dear Marlene and Karen and all your families.
Thank you so much for sharing this special occasion with us all. It was nice to remember Marie today and how special she was to everyone that knew and loved her.
Thinking of you all during this difficult time, when you can’t be together.
Dad (Vinko) and I send our love.
A beautiful service for these unique times. To Marie’s family we are thinking of all of you right now.
It was the best of times growing up in Central Ave with neighbours like you.
My earliest memory of Marie, Tony and you girls Marlene and Karen is when Tony took me from Central Ave down to the Fish’n’Chip shop when I was around 3-4 years old.
Then being able to just pop next door, firstly into the Arnerich home and later into Marie’s unit. And of course the shared cooking of Nana and Marie.
Our family LOVED the Dali Donuts and the Tan Square.
Fabulous memories!!!
Hugs to you all
Jodi & Paul Tomlin
Dearest Marlene, Karen and families. What a beautiful service it was for Marie, everyone spoke beautifully from the heart. Lovely memories throughout the years of a very dear neighbour and friend. Tears wept but also smiles as we watched the video of times gone by. Very difficult time for you all especially in these covid times. With loads of love and big hugs from Alan and Janice Chester. ❤️❤️
What a wonderful funeral mass this has been! So very touching and heart warming. Thank you so much for organizing the live stream, as I truly felt part of it. The photos of Marie’s life showed what a blessed and long life she had surrounded by family and friends.
I remember very fondly my few visits to New Zealand where I met my mother’s cousin, both her brothers Roy and John and their wives Annette and Eileen, as well as so many of their children, especially Janine with husband Gerry.
In these difficult times you have managed to give your mother a wonderful farewell. Though with few people in the chapel, I am sure many more were with you online.
Once again our deepest condolences.
Lots of love from:
– Ana Kozjak with Paul & Filip from Canada
– Davor Kozjak from Germany
(both children of Ivanica Kozjak, born Arneric, from Dol, Marie’s maternal cousin)
– Seka Brhanovic, born Arneric, from Split (my aunt and your mom’s cousin)
– many Arneric family members in Croatia
How very special it was to be able to be a part of Marie’s farewell. Thank you so much. It was a lovely service and reminds me how beautiful Marie was in many ways. I have fond memories of her especially as mum and dad thought so well of both your parents. Marie always had time for mum which meant so much to her. Marie would help mum with the New Zealand ‘ways’ which were difficult for her to get around as she came to NZ in her late thirties. Marie had a way of ensuring you felt heard and welcome.
Marie will always be in my heart, her warmth, energy and that twinkle in her eye will remain a memory for me forever.
Dear Karen and Marlene and your families
Mums service was so beautiful heartfelt and loving she would have been so proud of you all .
An Amazing tribute to Woman who we were all blessed to have in our lives she made the world a better place.
Marie will always be cherished by us she was the best Aunty we could have ever wished for always kind and caring.
Marie loved you all so much may her treasured memories be with you always. God Bless.
Dearest Karen, Marlene and families

A beautiful, elegant service that epitomises Marie. Lovely, heartfelt memories from the family. Thank you for arranging the live stream. Rest In Peace Marie.
Marie was a wonderful neighbour and friend to my family. It was friendship that spanned many years and generations. I will remember her cheery personality and smile, as well as her laughter and that Hillman Hunter that my Poppa was always fixing, ha ha. May she now be with loved ones, especially the Central Ave crew, enjoying a wine (or two). Much love to Marlene and Karen and families. Thinking of you all.
