  4. Dear Donna, Yasmin, Bianca and Tara that was a truly memorable service, Mark would have been so proud of all of you. I was so touched by it and it felt that I was there – it was a very personal and intimate experience. Today, I learnt some new things about Mark, which was fun, but the consistent message and feeling from everyone was that Mark was a truly remarkable man and I feel so privileged and lucky to have been his friend, as you can’t plan to meet men like Mark you can only hope that you do. I know that it will be extremely difficult not having Mark in your lives, but we all know he would have wanted us to all to stay strong and go on with our lives, as he was a very selfless person who put everyone before himself and he believed in living life to the fullest and not letting it pass you by.

We look forward to continuing our friendship and our home will always be an open house , should anyone in the family ever visit Sydney.

    Love from the Carter family
