Many happy memories of Norm over the years.I knew Norm from the early nineteen sixties as members of the Catholic Twentys Club.Norm came up to Lesley and my wedding here in Mackay in early 1971.Rest well, Norm.

What a beautiful service and Mass! We were so moved by the eulogies given today ,they really captured the essence of Norm; his unique character, his sense of humour and his kindness. We will miss his drop ins to our house with Mark. This all brings back earlier memories of happy times at Devon st in the 70,s ,when we would visit you all and Carol.Those were the days! You all spoke beautifully today and I am sure Norm and Carol are very proud of you. I have been watching the Funeral Mass from my home at Corpus Christi, Clayton and I am extremely proud of the way my brother had his funeral conducted. I will miss him and always remember him.
My heart goes out to you Mel and family. The service showed how full Norms life was and how loved he was by you all. I am honoured to have met him for even the briefest of moments.
Know that I am thinking of you all during this difficult time. I will always remember Norm as a good bloke with a great, if quirky, sense of humour. I will miss him.
