  1. I feel proud to have been one of Pam’s many friends. I have just watched the service(9.06.23) soon after our return from Europe. I am so glad to have done so. It was a lovely tribute to her and re-awakened so many memories of the many shared happy occasions. Much love to you all.

  2. The celebration of Pam’s life, including the tributes, was very moving.
I particularly enjoyed the “fusion” and feel sure she would have been pleased with this with her great love of gardens

  3. Joe – Watched the Celebration of Pam’s life at Mornington Green and very impressed with the presentations by yourself, her sister and your daughters in obviously very emotional circumstances. Well done by all and I know it was not easy.
Although I knew a lot about Pam in the early days, your presentations covered a lot of ground I was not aware of. A remarkable woman Joe and I am pleased, and blessed to have known her.
Glenda and I send our condolences over this life taken too early, and we wish you and the Larritt and Oddie families all the very best for the future.

  4. Dear Jo, Megan, Catriona and Susannah
The celebration of Pam’ s life was a wonderful tribute to her.
I am so glad to have been her friend. She had a zest for life coupled with innate good sense and grace, and sound values she has instilled into her daughters.
My heartfelt sympathy is with you.
    With fond love

  5. Thank you for inviting us to the service and sharing your stories and memories of happier times. With the pressure you have all had, especially Joe; it was lovely to hear all your words of the joyous times of earlier years. We have only known Pam and Joe for a short time as new neighbours, but thought of them as friends.

Our sincere condolances to you all,

    Jennifer and Joe Taranto

  6. Dear Jo, Megan, Catriona, and Suzannah,
Pam’s service was very well done and you spoke so movingly about dear Pam.
I will miss Pam’s inciteful comments at bookclub as that is where I first met Pam.
    Love to you all,
    Kathie Derham Moore

  7. I will always have very fond memories of talking to Pam about animals, particularly the family cats and dogs, including my adored cocker spaniel who Pam always asked after.
Pam will be much missed by all the Harper family.

  8. Thank you for the lovely service today. While we only knew Pam and Joe for a shart time, we felt like friends and will miss having you as neighbours. It was nice to hear the stories of your upbring girls and Joe, you did a great job under so much pressure. We do appreciate you asking us to participate in the service.

Our condolences on this sad; but somehow joyous, celebration of Pam’s life.

  9. Dear Susannah and family,
I’m very sorry for the loss of Pam. As a child, I have very fond memories of Pam being one of the kindest and most approachable of my parent’s friends. I also have very happy memories of playing with Susannah and it was lovely to catch up recently at Janet Clarke Hall. I know that mum and dad would have loved to have been able to come the funeral in person.
    Lots of love,
    Cathy Harper

  10. Among Pam’s many contributions we want to acknowledge her contribution and detailing of Oddie family history.
