  1. My sincerest condolences to the Mutimer family. I was deeply saddened to recently receive the news on Instagram as Paul and I corresponded over the social media site the past three years. He was always so supportive of my IG page and had even sent copies of his The Simple Man books to California every year as well as a thoughtful personal note.

I will always cherish my TSM collection. Although I had never met Paul in person, I knew he had a big heart and I was looking forward to watching his documentary in the works. He has truly touched my heart and I am certain the hearts of many others with his kindness and insightful wisdom. His beautiful soul has reached people on the other side of the world. He will truly be missed but his words will carry on. I have also left a tribute to him on my Instagram page.

    With love. – Tina

  2. I met Paul when we were students at CIT in 1978. He was kind, friendly and made me laugh. I ran into him many times over the years, including after he got sick, and he was always exactly the same, except for his knowledge and interest in people which continued to grow. My husband and brother both benefited from his amazing professional insight and the world was a better place with Paul in it How lucky then that he left such a lovely family to continue spreading kindness and compassion. I hope you always feel his presence in your lives.

  3. What an amazing man your father was Henry, and hearing you and your family speak of him was very special. A piece of him is part of you and what beautiful memories you have forever. Thinking of you and all your family. Chris Kelliher

  6. Dear Maureen, Henry and Kate

A fitting tribute to a lovely man.

Hadn’t seen Paul for a number of years. We were old school friends and tennis mates. Many fun times shared with much philosophising; as you can imagine.

Hoping your memories comfort you at this time and the times ahead.

    Thoughts are with you.

  7. Dear Maureen, Kate, Henry , Elissa and extended Mutimer family,
we felt privileged to be able to be “present” as you so eloquently farewelled your “remarkable man”.

Paul will indeed be missed by and in the Sacred Heart Community, of which he was such an integral part.
He has left a wonderful legacy, of which he would and should be justifiably proud.
    Take care.
Much love from Paul & Helen

  8. What a beautiful tribute to a man who leaves behind a legacy that will undoubtedly live on.
Thank you, Paul, for gracing this Earth and for leaving your mark. Those you leave behind have the lessons of your strength and will continue to live out the values you helped instill in them.

❤ That man is a success who leaves the world better than he found it; who has never lacked appreciation of Earth’s beauty or failed to express it; who looked for the best in others and gave the best he had. ❤
