  1. A true lifelong friend, still struggling to comprehend Peter leaving us.
“We didn’t realise that we were making memories, we were just having fun”.

  2. Condolences to the Moreau Family. I worked for and with Peter at Roadsafe for 8 years, and during that time we had many “Music Contests” which came out even as we both shared a love of music, and a dislike of wine. (Red especially) Rest peacefully Peetaa.

  3. I met Peter when he was 13 years old when the Family moved to the Maribyrnong Hostel we shared our teenage years little did we know that friendship would last a life time. Deepest sympathy to Peter’s family at such a sad time.We had the pleasure of meeting Peter through mutual friends Veronica and Neville.Such a beautiful man and a smile that would light up a room.He and Neville were hilarious and we had had funny times.Thankyou for sharing such a beautiful and emotional tribute.

  5. Condolences to Petes family. I worked with Pete @ Speco Thomas. My memories of Pete are, loved an ale or two, smoked like a chimney, never slept, funny as hell and a great boss. Pete and his larger than life character Is often chatted about over a barbecue and beer.
Gone but not forgotten. RIP Pete.

  6. Our Petey Pete. We loved you so much, you were our first friend when we moved to Melbourne in ’89 and still stayed strong and close friends over the years, even when we moved back to Adelaide. We will never forget when you were crying at our place when your beloved Pies finally won the GF in 1990. You were always there for us and guided us through unknown territory when we were green behind the ears in business, our big brother and mentor We will miss the fun times, laughing together, your cheeky smile and those sparkling mischievous eyes, even the mooing of the cows!! 🙂 We are so glad and privileged to have been a part of your life. Goodbye our dear friend, until we see each other again xx Love Loretta and Mark

  10. Hi Seb and Alicia,
My condolences to you both and your families.
It’s been a real privilege to have so many memories growing up in Montgomery St with your dad. He was the penultimate prankster and shared so many jokes with us and was always my go to person when I needed help to get me out of a sticky situation (which happened a lot!) Peter was very much a father figure to me and was always supportive. A very kind, passionate and caring man who was very proud to be your dad. He adored you both and you meant the world to Pete.
    Love Francine

  20. I have known Peter since late 80’s when he joined Bevic’s as the GM , what a character! Pete came to my wedding in 1993 . The stories he had and what he had done were always captivating .
He actually rang me after Heavenly Pancakes closed and asked me if we had any jobs going and I said “only in the warehouse” … he took that and moved on straight to GM within a very short time!
I remember in a bar in Sydney and we met a guy who in conversation said ( with a very strong English accent “I loves my little Escort I does” . We often mimicked this guy even many years later.
Later as he got older his “poor little old man play” would often get him help -even if he didn’t need it!
When I got the chance to arrange his Lexus , I worked hard to get the best deal I could but Peter one thing ..your driving was terrible!
    Go pies!
