  1. I was so saddened to hear of Ray’s passing. Ray was such a big influence on my life and the man I am today. From our chats over the fence to our time with Venturers. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there today. Deepest sympathies.

  3. Sending our deepest condolences to the whole family. It was an honour to have known Ray and enjoy his company, many a good chat was had just out in the street, memories to treasure. The service was beautifully done, a stunning casket too. Makara and I watched and cried together. Deanne, you did a great service to your Granddad speaking today, I’m sure he would have told he was proud and you did a great job at an extremely difficult time. Love and hugs to all, Jayne, Rod, Makara & Ethan xxxx

  4. Its with a broken heart I write this knowing you are gone. Thank you Uncle Ray for the memories and allowing us girls to witness a true friendship you and Dad shared. I want to thank you for especially the last year as it seemed that we always shared our appointment times together. You always had a way of turning a shit time into one where we’d be laughing. Listening to your stories always made me laugh. The only thing that puts a smile on my face is knowing you and Dad will be drinking your coffee together talking so much crap together. Seriously what did you talk about or was it just a excuse for you both to get away from all us girls. I won’t say Goodbye as you told me it’s not goodbye but BE SEEING YA SOON. My thoughts and love to Aunty Maureen, Deb, Mandy, Tracey and Raelene and the whole family.
