I have no words but I can’t not say anything its still beyond believement that your gone the tears still won’t stop that you were battling this and for us to think you were all alone,We really hope you know now that their were so many of us that would’ve done anything to help if only we knew that it was that bad and to think you thought you couldn’t give anymore and you couldn’t fight it! You were wrong but this was just way to big for you to beat You were an awesome gorgeous woman we will never forget and someone who always was the positive one going out on a night with you was memorable and so much fun, the loving and caring one and now we have to care for the ones who loved you the most. I meet Bec at my daughter’s wedding to Janet at the Hunter Valley 2008, and as everyone said she was bubbly and lots of fun. It is very, very sad.

I was lucky enough to be able to call Bec a friend growing up in Tabubil PNG and then later in Cairns. Thank you for the opportunity to share in your special service today. My thoughts and prayers go to Bec’s family and friends. I know word’s will not comfort you in this time of loss but cherish and hold onto wonderful memories knowing she will live in your hearts forever. I only had the pleasure of meeting Bec once through Karyn and was devastated to hear the news of her passing. Such a warm, loving and caring person with a beautiful smile are my recollections, “Rebecca’s butterfly effect” definitely. Rest in Peace.
Bec and the boys fill many of my memories growing up in PNG and Australia, the family that you create when you are growing up in foreign lands. Bec was an amazing person to know, and she balanced out the boys and brought that well needed feminism to the trio. We will miss the opportunity to talk rubbish with you over a drink, to reflect on how stupid us boys can be. You will be truly missed Bec, hope you are in peace now – Lots of Love the Georgi’s.
