  1. My deepest condolences to all Bek’s friends… especially Tony, Tash, Finn, Willem & Noah. She would’ve been very proud of the boys who obviously brought her so much joy. Deeply moving to watch her farewell x

  2. What a beautiful service. It was lovely to hear all about Bec’s life. You were both lucky to have such an amazing friendship and the boys a great naughty Aunty, but wow; i’m sure Bec knew she was just so lucky to have you all from the start to the very end. Lots of love to you all

  3. Beautiful service for a beautiful lady. Condolences to you all, Tony, Tash, Finn, Willem & Noah. You all spoke beautifully. The recounts of the naughty Aunty Beck and the exuberant, yet genuinely caring person that she was, were absolutely spot on. We are all grateful to have known her & will miss her at family functions. Brave to the end.
    RIP Beck. Sadly missed xx

  4. Beautiful service for a beautiful person. Our condolences to you, Tony, Tash, Finn, Willem & Noah. You all did such an amazing job today under what was very difficult circumstances, but you did Beck proud. I’m sure she would have relished in all of the adulation. We were blessed to have spent time with such an exuberant yet caring person. We’ll enjoy a glass of bubbly in her honour.
    RIP Beck xxx

  5. Thank you for a beautiful and moving tribute to our friend Beck, especially given such difficult circumstances. I very much appreciate the opportunity to say goodbye to my friend and to witness her being laid to rest with such dignity and surrounded by some of the people she treasured most. My heart is filled with sadness knowing that she leaves us way too soon. My thoughts are with the many, many people whose lives she touched.

  6. What a beautiful service Tony and Tash. Thank you for allowing us all to be there to share in it. The laughter and tears that ensued sum up all our adventures with Bec. It was been one of my greatest joys spending time with Beck over the last six months or so and I am so forever grateful to her for opening her heart to us. She was a one in a million and how she loved you both and ‘her boys’. My love and prayers are with you all now as you navigate this new life without her. Can’t wait to celebrate her life in the style she would expect on the other side of all of this. Jules xx

  7. What a beautiful service, thank you for sharing, we will certainly miss you Beck

  10. Beautiful, fitting service for Beck.

    Thank you Tony and Tash.

Laughed out loud at your boys’ recollections of their naughty Aunty Beck “yes it really was snowing” and Tony, her yelling out of the car door in Romsey “hurry up I’m dying”. Priceless.

She was such a larger than life character, passionate and reckless at times. We were all blessed to have had her feature in our lives. Thank you for giving her the family that she deserved.

I recently shared a lovely 2 days with her at Peter Mac, she continued to make us laugh and bossed almost all of the hospital staff (and us) around. “Take this, put this here, put this there, rub my feet, pass me a drink etc etc”, and when she sent me a photo of her in the ambulance leaving Peter Mac to Kyneton, with the caption “Escaping” and “Fuck this I’m out!!” Quintessentially Beck.

She talked about your boys constantly, always with such great love and affection but sadness at the knowledge that she wouldn’t see them grow into men. And of you Tone and Tash, although I think sometimes it was difficult for Beck to outwardly show, she loved you both with every fibre of her body and soul and was so grateful for your unwavering support and unconditional love.

    I’ll leave you with this lovely quote from Helen Keller;

“What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.”

    Much love. Sal xx

  11. Well done Tash, Tone, Finn, Willem and Noah. We only just met Bec, but we know you all painted a perfect picture of her today. Her beauty, as well as her ‘warts’, her highs and her lows, and it is this whole package that we know you will miss terribly and leaves a gaping hole in your hearts. We are so happy for Bec that she had you in her life and such a beautiful day today in honour of her, and that now she is resting in peace. Much love to you all. Jacki and Scott xxx

  12. I had the pleasure of working with Beck for about 5 years at Gisborne, and I can honestly say that I’m truly at a loss for words. I was shocked when she told me she wasn’t well, and I still can’t believe it.

My thoughts are with all of her family and friends at this time.

Bec was truly one of a kind and will always be remembered.
My thoughts go out to everyone that loved her. xxx

  14. I’ll never forget all our walks in the park at Hawthorn with her dogs and all the friends she had at the park.
The countless lunches she shouted me at The Harp hotel, while telling me about “her Dr’s” ( her customers).
And l loved the way she “bribed” me with a beer if I brought some promotion materials she needed from the warehouse!

  15. So much love, thanks and praise for and to the Hanegraf’s – an unfathomable task completed with so much dignity and love.

  17. Beck, you will never be forgotten and I often think of our Aami days fondly. I was grateful for your guidance as a newbie, friendship throughout our time there and glad that we were able to see each other around Romsey town after our Aami days were done. Rest In Peace.

  18. Beck, we love you. We are so grateful for the time we got to spend with you. Feeding the kiddies lollies and chips, either first thing in the morning or right before dinner hahaha downloading paw patrol episodes to watch, I swear you just used the kids as an excuse to watch it! Going out of your way to buy the kids vegetarian friendly snacks to keep in the freezer as soon as you found out they didn’t eat meat. Coming over in the evenings to tell us a long tale about something you found funny. Giving us a sleep in and cooking the kids crumpets for breakfasts most Sundays. We miss you dearly. We are so grateful we got to watch the service, we would have been there with bells on if we could have. Thank you for the memories. You will be forever in our hearts. Our fairy godmother. Love always Bryony, Johnathon, Riley, Eva. (and Ruby)
