After watching the service online, if you can leave a guest message to let the family know you have joined into the service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Dear Richard, you leave behind such beautiful memories, loving family and friends – we all truly miss you. I hope that we do catch up in the future as one life time just isn’t long enough and we need to discuss your paintings. All our love to the Beveridge family, to Robyn, Hannah, Tim, Bonnie and the boys xxx
I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to manage the fieldwork component of many of Richard’s Research projects at Wells Research and MarketMetrics. I always found Richard to be a true gentleman with a great sense of humour. His family have done him proud. Love and best wishes to Robyn, Tim, Hannah and all the family.
I came to know Richard during The Music Man at OSMaD. What a true gentlemen with a delightful sense of humour. He loved people and he loved life. My sincere condolences to his entire family. I was glad to watch on via the livestream. A beautiful and fitting tribute to a wonderful man.
I so enjoyed the service, it was really uplifting and made us laugh! I think your dad would be proud of your attempts at more public speaking! Well done to you all.
What a lovely tribute to my lovely friend of over fifty years! The photos were a wonderful touch, especially the wedding one – I was there, as Richard always reminded me!! Robyn, I send you and all the family my love, prayers and thoughts. He was a wonderful man! We shall miss him!
I have played in the orchestra for several OSMaD productions. Richard was so friendly and welcoming and always had time to say hello to anyone that was involved – be it cast, crew or orchestra. He remembered my name from production to production and was always grateful for my involvement.
He had such a great passion for putting on a good show and certainly made me feel part of the OSMaD family.
Sending love to his family at this very sad time.
Chris and Pam Knight (nee Harrison) – as former neighbours of Richard and his family in Burwood and fellow OSCA member – send our sincere sympathy to Richard’s family. He was a fine man and this Service was a great tribute to him. Pam’s brother Peter was a fellow Scout of Richard and also attended the “Outward Bound Course” with him and remembers him well.
Many happy memories of sailing to Geelong each year and mid week sails with Richard on Tony Alexander’s boat. This included the time when we wrapped the spinnaker around the mast and Richard sent out a help cry to Tim and the Enterprize crew.
I knew Richard through my work in Market Research which started well over 35 years ago. He was one of the first people I met in those early days and to me he was always one of the kindest, patient, intelligent and generous persons I have had the pleasure of working with in all this time. His understanding and dedication to the industry he helped shape, the people who he helped and encouraged overthe years, and to the guidance he gave to me personally over this time are memories that I will always cherish.
He will be sadly missed by me and all who had the pleasure of his company over the years.
Richard was a close friend and colleague for over two decades. His quiet humour and his creative talents (among them the birthday poems written to all the people working at B&C Research) enriched many lives
