  2. A memorable service for a memorable person – such a class act! I’ve had the privilege of being wiped off the tennis court by Rosie but that was OK as she also treated us to mouthwatering meringues every Christmas. She will be missed so much in so many ways.

  3. To Annie Rob and Tom – my condolences to all the family and thank you for organising the streamed service enabling me to say my goodbye to Rosemary from lockdown. It was a lovely ceremony and celebration of Rosemary’s life….. I will miss her terribly. Rosemary and I met in China and over the years shared some of the most amazing travel experiences. I will miss her easy going and calm nature, the laughs we had and all the good and interesting times. She certainly was a truly good friend to so many people. As Annie said “fly free – we love you”…With Love always and forever in my heart ….Love Carole

  4. I have very happy memories of being a St Catherine’s school friend of Rosey, having fun in Glen Iris and Sorrento.
I enjoyed catching up with her briefly in 2019.
Wth kindest regards, Cathy (Cohen) Watson

  5. Thank you for sharing this beautiful ceremony. I was lucky enough to meet Rose at Melbourne University. We shared some fabulous times together and we would often go away on weekends as a group. One year, we went to Wilson’s Prom, but we got there very late, so we ended up pitching the tent in the dark with the help of the headlights from Roses car, however; we all forgot the headlights were on and woke up to a flat battery. She had made one of her famous chocolate and cream sponges, but we forgot it was in the ice chest, so you can imagine what it was like in the heat the next day. I will miss my beautiful friend, but I am so thankful that I had the privilege of having Rose in my life.

  6. Dear Annie, Rob and Tom,
I treasure so many memories of Prue, Fay and Rosie together, always laughing, always happy, with Rosie warm, calm, sensible and caring.
Sorry I couldn’t be with you today to pass on my sympathy in person.
    With best wishes and love,

    Merryn

  8. Hi
I am a tennis buddy of Rosie at PMTC and wish to pass on my condolences to all of Rosie’s family and friends. Rosie will be greatly missed at our regular morning tennis sessions and afterwards for coffee. She was a wonderful friend to all of us. But we are richer for having known Rosie and her smile will remain with us as we remember the many volleys she drilled away as winners. Rest in peace Rosie.
